Just one thing I wanted to see, as someone who sells products in various conditions (New, used, refurbished, not working) I wanted to see how that could be implemented and perhaps tweaked around when adding products to store. If so, how would I go about this please or would it would be better to start again and use the ecommerce earth starter template instead? To add a shop page to your existing site created with the Planet Earth template, you can indeed install WooCommerce. Then, you can follow this tutorial for WooCommerce customization to add a shop and start selling your craft items directly from your current website.
Hi, Thank you for posting these tutorials, they have really saved me. I was building my website on Weebly until I realised it looked so bad on mobiles even though they were supposed to be responsive. I wasted so much time because I had been building it part time for 2 years along side my full time job as a teacher. After discovering your tutorials I took the plunge and went with Wordpress. I have followed your build a website tutorial and that is coming on great, I've learned so much. Then I followed parts of the Blog tutorial for that part of my website, again it's coming on well. Now I want to add an online store, in particular for digital products, so I was looking to import the shop page from your template Planet Earth Online Score but couldn't find it in starter templates. Please can you help me with how to find it. I have tried the search option but it only shows the original Planet Earth website template. Thanking you in advance. Best wishes, Christine.

I am still in the process of building my site but wanted to ask if you could me if there is a way to add digital download as an option to an existing list of physical items. This relates to prints of my wife's art. Following your guidance I have set up the sizes but have had to do a separate product for a dd option which makes the site look a bit messy.
You're so welcome! To add digital downloads as an option to your existing physical products, you can set up variable products within WooCommerce. With variable products, you can include both physical and digital variations, making your site look more organized and allowing customers to choose the option they prefer.
Tyler- your video/tutorials are amazing- I completed the "WordPress Blog" - it took about 6 hours- I stumbled on the video: my site is great- (glad I have three screens and wasn't entirely new to WordPress)- my question- I want a hybrid site- I am not a blogger but want to post "some blogs" - I want the features here (WordPress eCommerce)- I just didn't see it before- Without assuming- I am thinking I can add pages from this video to my created website. This is my domain and I only have one- or ditch the blog work and do this work and add a blog page- that seems simpler - no work is a waste it is all learning but I do need to get moving forward and I can't thank you and team for the tutorials- btw this one here with the checklist and such- gold. Hi Tyler. Thank you for putting this excellent tutorial together. I can only imagine how long this took you. I appreciate it! I have a couple things I'm stuck on. I'm using the same theme as you are and trying to follow what you're showing exactly. It seems I may have "damaged" something along the way. One thing is that the transparent header is not working correctly on some pages, but it is on others. I would like all pages to have the header image start at the very top, with the logo and menus "on top of" the header image. Some of the pages have white space between the header image and the top of the page, with the menu in this white are. I tried following your instructions for the transparent header, but I don't see the Astra editing buttons as they are shown in your video. Lastly, how would one just start over with a clean slate now that I have something in progress? I'd like to try again from the start. Thanks!
