Good day! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a yummy Filipino rice cake recipe that is called Bibingkang Malagkit. We have made other versions of this dessert, but this time, we wouldn't need an oven to accomplish our goal. Plus, it's no fail! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 kilo or 5 cups glutinous rice
4 cups or 1 liter water for rice
1 1/2 cups or 375 ml coconut milk or (1 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut cream)
1/2 cup or 91 g white sugar
1/4 tsp. or 1 g salt
For Latik Sauce:
3 cups or 720 ml coconut cream
1 1/2 cups or 375 ml coconut milk
1 1/2 cups or 300 g packed brown sugar
