Those are KB homes, they are entry level and most of those neighborhoods turn into hoods. The only nice KB neighborhoods in cypress are off of Huffmeister, Stablewood farms and cypress ridge. All other KB neighborhoods turned into crime infested neighborhoods
At these prices, does it mean the workers who actually built these houses were poorly paid? And they’re in Texas….aren’t there too many “weird” folk there?
The houses and lot sizes are a lot smaller and more energy efficient. I’m in Texas and there is no “weird folk” here. It’s an amazing place to live and to own real estate. 🏡
@@Kiingmoorealtor #1thanks for the reply, though the house shown doesn’t look “small” to me. Glad to hear energy efficiency is a factor, as I understand your energy grid has had problems, especially in severe weather. I would dispute the “no weird folk” though, as even here in Australia we know of Ted Cruz!
This looks more like an apartment than a house. Sorry not a fan. Also, the square footage seems to be small. The 2 story was a little better, master too small.
Whoa 😮
Total price??

Who the hell moving to Texas!
Please take that music off- I couldn’t finish watching- felt like a funeral service….
😂😂😂
I’m sorry about that. 😅I tried to make it peaceful and calm.
@@Kiingmoorealtordon’t worry it was peaceful and calm to me. Loved the homes.

The music is putting me to sleep
My fault. Just wanted to go for a nostalgic vibe.
