Many of my 70s bands are now dying out. Nazareth, Sweet, Jeff Beck and many more. We 1970 teenagers are starting to be old. this is life. What can we do? Just listen to our favorite music until our time comes too.
Steve's mention about Walmart had me laughing. Though I never had the chance to see Sweet live--thanks to being born too early--thankfully I have Steve's book personally autographed to me with my name in it. From watching their performances, Steve added that something extra in his cameos, especially in his humor. Of course, he, Brian, Mick, and Andy all had a uniqueness that made Sweet so special and massively talented. IMO there will never be another band like them.
There will never be another band like SWEET! Those guys were in a league of their own. They could do it all and did. They were magic together.❤ Love Steve. Mick was my favorite.😍
Not an interviewer led doco, this is from a cinematic documentary were the production method is interviewer not on camera or audio...it's not a '2 hander' like a TV show would be..., the talent gives back the question in the answer but many forget or like Steve or are out of practice....if a question was 'what were you doing in 1973' the talent is supposed to begin 'in 1973 I was etc etc'
I know what you mean. I had to put the transcript on so that I could have an idea of what the interviewer was saying. Yet I could hear Steve loud and clear.
you obviously haven't made a cinematic doco then.....Not an interviewer led doco, this is from a cinematic documentary were the production method is interviewer not on camera or audio...it's not a '2 hander' like a TV show would be..., the talent gives back the question in the answer but many forget or like Steve or are out of practice....if a question was 'what were you doing in 1973' the talent is supposed to begin 'in 1973 I was etc etc'

В СССР группа Sweet была народной, их слушали и любили. В современной России Sweet мало, кто помнит и знает.
Too bad we dont hear the interviewer so good
