Loving the stripe! Will you share where you got it from?
Brian I had one of my vinyl vendors make that based off the C7Z07-R.i would say to swing in any reputable vinyl auto shop and you would be able to get it done for around $200 I would think.
The color we used is a metallic match to the carbon black spoiler, skirts, chin etc! If by chance you need more info shoot me an email and I’ll send detailed pics or check out the Instagram page for more images.

sorry but if anyone thinks they are going to pick up 25hp and that much torque from just putting in a CAI with NO tune is in for a let down,your car may sound better with the air intake sound and maybe some more super charger whine but the only extra power you feel will be in your mind!!..lol btw beautiful car!!!
I said the exact same thing on the review video after 5000k miles and that the claim seemed far fetched by the MFR. I believe my comments were that the sc is louder, and exhaust note, and biggest difference was increased MPG but who the heck buys a corvette for fuel economy. 🚫Greta!

Love that stripe sir. I was wondering but just looking at the fit and design, what all do you have to remove to clean or replace the filter?
Just removed and cleaned mine last month. Very easy just remove the intake tube and pull out the air cleaner element. Cleaned and oiled back up, done in a hour Inc. cleaning the air box and everything else my OCD butt can find.
@@JWsGarage Great to know. Just picked up a 17 Z06 and it came with that exact intake. Oil change, spark plugs, and intake cleaning tomorrow so just wanted a heads up. Thanks for the reply

I just ordered mine last week. After I ordered it, I saw how much easier the other Air Intakes were to install, so I was a bit concerned about all the extra steps necessary to install this. But, after watching this video its really not that bad. I will probably have to swap this assembly back out later on when I need my SMOG check.
Was wondering, is the coolant line swap out just due to space requirements for the new air box?
BTW, the stripe looks sweet. I have a '17 GS.
John you are correct the coolant line is only replaced due to space and routing. Also there should be no need to swap them for a smog. The MAF and MAP sensors will recalibrate after 90miles driving and shouldn't cause an issue. May even get a cleaner smog result.
@@JWsGarage I would agree with you, but this state does a visual inspection and I am pretty sure this would fail. Its silly, but fact. Sucks!!!
@@johnf9874 Magnus Morrison act. Long as it's an approved by the MFR part there is really no discussion. Or just give them the CARB approval # D-269-61
@@johnf9874 I assume you are in Calif and the CARB # California, Air, Resource Board # I provided should get you past any of that. If you are asked for the K&N part # give them Part #
57-3090 for them to look up.

Hey I just installed mine followed your steps and I got a check engine light you think you know what happend?
@@madc7z06 apologies wrong my subject, check your mass are flow sensor on the throttle intake, possibly low coolant if you lost some on the install.
@@JWsGarage thanks for the reply boss so I went too my local mechanic shop he told me just too clear the code he said sometimes it happens when you take the mass air flow sensor off but working and whining amazingly!!!
