even without camera. in the past there was no camera at all and yet we, Filipinos, always welcome and smiles with the coming guests and foreigners. We tend to shares what we have to a strangers because we want them to feel at home and with family that cares. Now, not everything is picture perfect. Of course there still exist negatives all around the globe. As the Filipino saying goes snakes exist even in cities. So always on guard wherever you go, better be safe than sorry.

Yup you can see naked man in the street because of mental health issues but not all the time. You just have to wait for law enforcers to get him for some special treatment or being fetch by his family etc. and since it's common thing to happen we no longer feel uncomfortable about it because understanding and acceptance come first.

    • @lindziep6319

Yes u can see them often on cities as they roam around, in Manila along kalaw street near luneta park then ermita there are some naked people there where Dswd always caught them and we saw them many times. They are mostly with mental health issues due to drugs and they always escape wherever Dswd put them and they came back there 🤔🤔 even along university belt before im so surprised im a student and i saw a beautiful lady with beautiful body walking wearing only heels and nothing else 😮 and im from the province so im so shocked and some people there say oh there she goes again 😮

The naked person maybe has mental problem. In the Philippines people are conservative, you never see one in his right senses naked.

There is a part of Philippines they do speak Spanish well in part of Zamboanga! It's called chavacano they speak Spanish

  • @allansevilla5640

A bit of trivia for you Nelly
It was a curriculum in college to take Spanish. If you talk to older folks, they can converse to you in Spanish.
Also there is a province in the Philippines (Zamboanga) where they spoke chavacano (hope I spelled this right) and it's the local version of Spanish.
Lucky or unlucky me, when I entered college they abolished Spanish class altogether.
But aside from Tagalog, English and Spanish, like my grandparents also spoke a bit of Japanese because of the Japanese occupation. A few in Palawan speak Vietnamese because of the refugees and some even conversed with the Israeli refugees as well. So you'll be surprised

Added to that most filipino words are spanish or portuguese like simple words like kumusta its como estas in spanish then the words like lamesa are originally spanish/portuguese coz the real tagalog word is hapagkainan 😅 real tagalog are not much use coz they are too long and with deeper meaning

In Zamboanga City people speak a dialect of (250ish year old Mexican) Spanish, mixed with some Bisaya and English, called Chavocano. Spanish speakers can kind of understand it but a lot of the words and sentence structure are archaic compared to modern Spanish, plus there are many Nahuatl words.

The fully naked man mentioned could be a homeless and or literally an insane individual. And here in the PH, we tend to leave them alone as long as they don't give us any trouble since most of us here are aware that giving them personal attention (not assisted by the government or any government personnel) often leads to more unwanted problems for ourselves.

    • @glendaraguin9086

That man for sure not in the right mind. Meaning need medical help. His not aware of himself bcoz his sick 😢 and maybe a homeless and no family to take care. It should be tell to the authorities bcoz they will assess this man and they will put in proper facility. ❤

Most universities in the Philippines have sufficient Courses in Spanish and you can have a Master's Degree in spanish from University. The Best places to get your graduate school course is La Salle and the Ateneo over in Quezon City.
Spanish fluency faded over the years as a consequence of American Colonization and rule In a way English is a blessing because in any way you look at it ENGLISH is the language of Technology and Science today
