Been catching up on a few of your 311 plow videos. I got invited to the my local schools FFA antique tractor plow day. I have a 560 and a 311 plow. We were out there for 8 hours and got it done. The 560 was the only tractor to run the entire time with zero issues!
I really wanted to come out just to see that 7.3. The fact that it was reg cab dually, and a 6 speed yet to boot 😍 love older Massey tractors too, not a thing wrong with those
Never seen or heard of a MF 180. In this corner of the globe we had 175s, but the 178 was way more common and 185s but again the 188 was more common. Good video.
You should start a small business doing live consulting bids at these auctions. I would've gone to 8k for the Bobby skidsteer. You ought'a consider doing something like that. You have a lot of knowledge & time invested. I think you would do well at it. I'd be a buyer.
FF A person could order a 175 row crop if they wanted one All they would do at the factory is to take a 180 remove the 180 cap replace it with a 175 cap change the data tag and you would have a 175 RC. Would make no sense Just get a 180. And if you wanted the same thing in an Allis Chalmers find a Allis 175 The MF 65 was built from 1958 through 1964. The 165 from 1965 through 1974. Tremendous power take off tractors but light when it came to heavy tillage. I don't know about trying to pull a 4 bottom with a 180. They're only rated at 63 HP at the belt. If that guy thinks a 7.3 Powerstroke is junk has never owned a 6.0 or a 6.4 The engines that sent Ford and International Harvestor going separate ways. Great Video. Thank you
we sold 180 with 4bottom steerable all time would pull in mo gumbo 2l l/h multi had to add the weight sold many of them you hardly ever see 180 for sale mf made a ton of them they are still working
@@charlietanner6211 Not often the case here in mountainous rocky North Central Pa unless you don't mind plowing in low gear all day You could do it with Allis Chalmers 180 with that 6 cylinder diesel. MF 180's were not very popular around here but AC 180's were plentiful. But when Allis brought out the 190XT and Massey the 1100 interest in 180's waned.
Always seek out your videos of all the you tube channels. Only live a couple hours away and can relate to your weather. Just seems like a lot of farms selling out. Sad.
Cab on a skid steer like a coffin to me. Cramped and hard to work in. You can do a lot of work but you only have about 8 inches of clearance. You get that bottom on ground and the tires just start spinning and your stuck.
thanks for posting where was this sale i sure would have been a bidder on that 180 i worked at a mf dealer when these were nw we could not keep them on the lot 165/180 some of mf best dont know what brand disc that was never saw one like it
i had to give 385.00 for a near perfect MF 4 bottom just like them. Nice plows for the money. They puller harder than one would think. Don't know why but they do.
@paulletsinger4896 Why do I need to know when you already knew? This is a red channel, and a shame that all the positive things that happened in this video, all you can worry about is a plow...what a guy! 😂
Had the disc in the dirt as soon as it got home, see you along the dusty trail!
💥BOOM💥 BENNY DONT PLAY!!
what brand disc was it iv never seen one like before looked good for a oldie
@charlietanner6211 I belive it to be a Pittsburgh. They were a short line made in western PA. It's now Taylor Pittsburgh
I appreciate you showing these auctions. They have always surprised me on what things went for. I live in the states . Prices vary.
They sure do

Thanks for watching
Thanks for coming out FF. Surprised you didn't catch any of my dad's other brothers (there were 3 there).
@@thedisgruntledengineer8359 yea me too...my condolences 🙏
Seems like the prices were reasonable. To get a loader tractor for that cheap, and the skid steer seemed low as well. Thanks for the video
Yea, definitely a buyers auction
Another gem hoss💥🇺🇸💥
You were mentioned on a few acres farm. Pete said a Deere in the rear is OK!
Ahahaha
Here to get my Tractor Therapy for today. Thanks for the session.
Thanks for watching

Possibly
Original 7.3 was a commercial international medium truck engine
Reliable
I had a 2001 F350 4 door dually with one.
6.9 was first 7.3 was just improved version IH built for Ford those were IDI engines. 7.3 Power stroke was built for Ford pickup in 1994.
MF 175, 180 and bobcat and manure spreader went cheap. Nice deals
Almost pulled the trigger on the 175 loader
That was a fine end to Sunday night at the mango farm.
I had to realize you're overseas
Good deals on the Masseys....

Awesome tractors
The fella that told you a 7.3 is junk probably owns a Duramax 😂 wait til he finds out about 6.4s 😂😂😂😂
The 7.3's were awesome, blew one 6.4, absolute junk!
@markdanielczyk944 Fords biggest mistake
Yea...over there doing duramax swaps 😄
Yep
Those Perkins engines in those MF were sure easy on fuel. We farmed with them in the 60's early 70's then went IH
I have a Perkins in my combine...sip is right
Is that same auctioneers that due to WTC auction during the spring and summer month and fall months?
Yes
That is a nice power stroke. Think about it 24 years old & no rust!! Wouldn't look like that in great state of Minnesota
Pretty sure he kept it oiled

I would get a bigger one where there's at least a little more room

Greenville, Pennsylvania
What did the forage wagon go for?
Pretty sure It went for 1200
@FarmallFanatic the kids and I almost went to that auction, but between the new super c and a few new jersey cows our funds are low.
Wish I could’ve been there. I would’ve liked to got that Massey Ferguson 65 I want to restore one.
85% done on that one
Those prices seem very low
Election is close...people cling to their wallets

385 is a steal
Boom
That MF65 would be the best deal probably.
Super nice
❤
G day FF Boy the 65 with mutli-power Nice tractor Ths
Looked good
How many miles on that truck?
163k
We all know the rule with the manure spreaders and filming 😂
Bahahaha I wasn't sure if I needed to remind people
A lot of stuff. Years of picking up stuff.
Yep Years
Sorry, that Curtis,”ran out of time.”
Me too...good man
Massey 175 pump is shot
Easy fix
Pay Less with Wes.
Haha yep
Very cheap sale
You need to know what your talking when showing equipment that was not a deere plow but an oliver/MOLINE
