Finally my Sweden Road Trip begins! The journey will also lead me to Northern Sweden and Lapland, but I start in southern Sweden in Småland where Astrid Lindgren was born. Luckily I met Caroline who showed me some cool places like a "Ronia Robbers Daughter"-Cave. In the Swedish original she is called Ronja Rövardotter.
I'm not sure yet where this trip will lead me in the future. Certainly up to Lapland, maybe also to Finland and Norway which are also really beautiful nordic countries. I really love the nordic countries aswekl as nature and everything that is good and beautiful in the world and helps the universe to fulfill its purpose. I hope I can inspire you!

Were you in Northern Finland very recently? I'm like 98% sure I saw you at Äkässaivo parking lot!
At first I just paused to look at the Siberian jay at 0:50, then I was like hold up.. That background looks familiar.. Could also just be a similar looking place. But then the sweater seemed familiar too, then I saw the car, also similar.. But then at 5:28 I saw the hanger setup by the backwindow, and later the duct-taped rear light, and gopro mount to the front left, it has to be! 😃
Haha yea, that was me! Currently I'm in Sweden again, but it's very likely that I'll return to Finland in a few days. So nice that you saw my car!

I was with the Ford that was parked behind your car for 2 days, you might have seen or heard me take a swim in the lake too; I think I saw you taking some pics around that time. I'll have to subscribe so I won't miss the next parts! If you happened to get any shots or video with my car in them, please leave some in the final film so I can share it as a little easter egg with the family 😄
Depending on how North you might return, there are some really nice lake areas far north at Kilpisjärvi, or Muonio at bit lower. But like you've noticed, there are nice spots almost anywhere you stop! Looking forward to the next episodes 👍

The Kuckuck scream sometimes annoys me . When
I’m out in the woods not . But when i try to sleep its over . Then i start to play other Kuckuck sounds really loud on my phone and sometimes it works he finally shuts up an i can get my sleep XD usually i love every bird sounds.anyway really nice video quality Merlin . And also some personal development. I feel that you less try to do everything perfect. Which is actually a good thing . Nature isn’t perfect so why should we ? If we are part of it .

Merlin ich glaube du menschlich und deine Videos was du erzählst erlebst etc und wie du filmst und schneidest holt sehr viele leute ab. Ich glaube das einzige was viele abhält ist die teils sehr traurige Musik... Ich liebe deine videos zumindest seit Jahren aber manchmal ist mir die Musik einfach zu trist....
