In today's video we will visit 2 beautiful lakes, deep inside the Swedish forest.
The first lake we will visit is called "Allgunnen" and the second one is called “Stensjön”.

ALLGUNNEN:
"Allgunnen" is a relativly large lake, with a surface area of 13,2 km². The lake is 15,6 m deep and it is 84 m above sealevel. Many different fish inhabits the lake, like Perch, White bream, Bream, Pike, Roach and others. Fishing is permitted, as long as a fishing license fee has been paid.
The lake is part of "Allgunnen's Nature Reserve" and at the lake's northern beach is the village of "Allgunnen".
The area is one of Sweden's most biodiverse areas and many rare birds, insects and plants can be found within the reserve.
As one can see from the video, there are many islands in the lake, making it a very beautiful and special place.
STENSJÖN:
This lake is a lot smaller, but just as beautiful. The name of this lake is "Stensjön" and it is part of a nature reserve called "Smedjevik". Like the previous area we visited, this area too is very important when it comes to biodiversity. Here too, one can find many rare plants, insects and birds.
