Tyler Perry’s business model frees the actors and crew up for other projects. I think the biggest reason that people dislike doing television is because of the length of time it takes to do a 13 - 23 episode season.

The last part about dressing at work is what I experienced at every job. No diamonds but I dress nice with heels. My identity is not wrapped in material things. I've always know how to put things and materials together. My mom sewed her own church suits. My justification is that I'm around a lot of non blacks, I have to speak and dress the part because they will judge you. In he 90s we dressed to the 9 and it won't stop because other women don't understand me. Besides I can't help it that I had a wardrobe budget. My mom always told me, 'don't go outside looking like you are about to pick cotton'.
I was thinking something similar. We know some ppl are just too much. It’s awkward to show up to a formal or casual event as the opposite; however Q is speaking just a bit out of turn on the subject. My grandparents raised me, and they are from the Deep South. They were very pristine about image and reputation. While I didn’t experience the 90s, I was still raised to look upon myself, and carry myself with class. Three dimensional things merely serve as cheap justifiers to excuse away messy unwarranted disdain for you. Q should know because he starts almost every show off cussing out the messy spirits of the same caliber. Doesn’t matter if your hair is slick to the back like theirs, same uniform and all. You’ll constantly find yourself picking yourself apart, and walking on eggshells, going out of your way to display kindness in order to not aggravate these people and they will just pick something else to pick you apart about. You take your tiny studs out of your ears, tomorrow they will hate that you have a hair clip in your hair. You refrain from any hair clips, next thing you know they don’t understand why you use satin ponytail holders. You wear a size 9, they want you to wear a 14 and xxl shirt to hide your hips. The week after that they don’t like that you are always first to acknowledge the customers. People who feel small seek to make others small because it makes them feel better.

i started watching the news following the Mueller report, the impeachment trials, then COVID, the 2020 primaries and elections, Jan 6 and that investigation. I think a lot of american were tuning in and to this day I haven't gone a day without watching or reading the news. I think the cheifs at these news stations are thinking about the business and how their business does better when T's in office because they're a new crazy story or soundbite daily meanwhile the rest of us are living in fear.
