I found the illustration at 17:56 interesting - it shows two men shaking hands, one with a gloved hand, the other bare handed. In the 1990s, I often travelled to Basel Switzerland on business. In those days, especially among the older men, it was considered not polite to shake someone's hand with your glove on. So if you met someone in the street, you always removed your right glove in order to shake their hand. Of course we were not wearing form fitted gentleman's gloves so it was a rather easy task to remove the glove before shaking hands :)

Evening gloves no longer have to be made from leather (traditionally doeskin in the UK), tight fitting cotton gloves of the same pattern is now the norm, especially among British army officers where only a very small handful of regiments list the doeskin as optional in full dress or carried in mess dress. (This extends to non military white tie events in the UK)
What does Raphael think of this?

My two pairs of dress gloves are quite non convential. My first ones are touchscreen gloves in lamb nappa with a green tweed back (leather is only in the palm and on the sides and bottom of my fingers). They are super soft except for two points on the thumb and index finger. My second ones are brown fur lined gloves I just picked up today. They were in my dead grandpas closet along with 8 high quality leather belts that all fit me well. So of course I took all of them.
Edit: I have no Idea what type of fur is in my gloves, but it's white and fluffy.

And I think in a way people that are just getting into classic menswear see these high prices and it kinda makes them think that they have to spend 100’s of dollars on menswear and it just scares them away from classic menswear. I back this up.. I feel elephants already are having a hard enough time and don’t need people killing them for their leather as well.

I just want to point out that capybaras are not pig like at all, they are rodents. Great video otherwise

Talks about gloves, doesn't mention motorcycles. 😐

Did you just insult every American and exalt Your European self by saying you say it the American way, but to learn how to say it the proper way, 7:22 check out this video?? I really liked you until that moment. I like Europe but don't be like that. Seriously.

“…Best quality… top service… best quality… top service…” I keep hearing those sentences throughout this video… I live in California, I don’t NEED gloves, I simply WANT THEM, (don’t ask me why because I don’t know myself), I work very hard, and if I want something I buy the best, so, two days ago I contacted your company and tried to buy pair of peccary gloves, your “representative” possess zero salesmanship skills, had zero advice about sizes, have zero knowledge about quality, and after approximately 10 minutes clicking on the computer, because she wasn’t sure if you have in stock what I want, she asked me if she can call me back in couple of minutes, and… it’s been three days now, no phone call, no emails, so… if this is your idea of “TOP SERVICE”… I don’t think I want to waste $400 to find out what is your idea of “TOP QUALITY”… good luck with your business gentleman. 👎👎👎
