DISILLUSIONMENT AS A CAUSE OF DEPRESSION

Depression is a mental health issue. It is also referred to as mood disorder. One who suffers from depression is characterized by having severe feeling of loneliness. He prefers to be alone and has lost interest in activities he used to enjoy doing.
There are many causes of depression: grief resulting from loss of a loved one, loss of self-esteem, disillusionment, etc.
Based on actual personal experience, disillusionment as a cause of depression is tackled in this video.
