No, hindi naman. Depression kasi is a mental health issue. Napakahirap na situation. Sometimes one needs a real rescuer to get out of the situation. And sometimes it takes many long years bago makalaya rito. Gusto ko lang i-share yung nalalaman ko tungkol dito. At magbigay ng tips on how to cope with it. Medyo hirap lang ako how to present my ideas. Somehow, I believe makakatulong ako.

Thank you, Edwin! I really find it difficult to create a video on the topic of depression. Kasi, when I got depressed, I later suffered from fear and anxiety. E, confusing kung minsan kung ano ba ang depression and how it is different from anxiety. Lahat naman ng ikinukuwento ko ay actual kong na-experience. And for a long period. Recurring pa nga e. But, sa katagalan, naka-gain na ako ng coping mechanism. At ina-narrate ko ang mga iyon. But, dapat maikuwento ko muna lahat ng factors for depression (and anxiety). Para mai-relate sa coping mechanism. At isa pa nga pala, hindi ako gaanong marunong mag-edit ng video. Trial and error pa lang. So, please bear with me. But, definitely, I have many things to share.
