Rupert is such a gift to humanity. Rupert had the same effect for me. I’ve never spoken or met the man, but he pulled me from my depression and anxiety and put me on a path that changed my entire life. He’s my first teacher wether he knows it or not. I cannot express how profoundly grateful I am for him and his teaching, and how he makes that teaching accessible to anyone. 🙏

I found Rupert on TH-cam on ‘accident’ and every evening, I would listen to a different video. After a month of that, I was off of the meditations and started coming out if my darkness.

Corey, my late dad was a trumpet player and had his own big band. I took piano lessons at age 9 (55 years ago), and participated in solo concerts. My dad said that music is the universal language. (He also said that the piano is the father of all instruments). You're right about music; it touches the soul; there are no boundaries.

I also discovered the understanding for myself: that reality gets direct access to itself through the awareness of "I - Am", that it is time to change the scientific approach and the entire educational program for children, changing the approach in the study of matter, as coming from Consciousness, which is consistent with the experience of everyone EVERYONE person, that there is no such thing as matter and this is only a concept. And how beautifully and very clearly Corey said at 39:11: I am Corey exploring the world, but now I am the Universe exploring Corey's experience. Thank you very much for these discoveries for me!💕🤝💕

(Had some deep insitght but lost track again and again) Soon Eckhart, Mooji, Adiashanti and Rupert appeared on my screen, and less than 2 years later the search was over. Because they identify with the body and mind. Love is the background, but to percive the love we need to remove the veil. The veil is conditioning and lifestyle. Pornograpghy centres around the body sensations, images in mind and feelings. All will take you away from the silent background of love. Then our culture places so much importance on the body's appearance, and asks constantly about the mind, feelings, memories etc. Basically we need to pull back, reject the past and conditioning. Then the background is perceived.
It doesn’t matter what 3000 years of religious and spiritual traditions offer. In fact, those teachings can be totally misleading. This bliss nature is my personal experience. And that is enough proof.
Outside and inside of bodies and buildings, outside and inside of stars and planets, all you find is consciousness . Universe is floating in the ocean of consciousness. Universe has borne and died many times but consciousness does no have beginning or end. it is timeless and spaceless.
First thing to know is Realisation and enlightenment is very different from eachother..all these happy people and love n calm ..all this is mind creating something so they're acceptable.. To know the answer..ask a Realisation
Struggling with the idea that time doesn’t exist. Time is a concept to measure movement. something made up by humans. And if there were no humans there wouldn’t be any time. But it seems you are saying there isn’t any movement either, is this correct?
I am all down for non-duality. Not because I think it's a good idea but because it would seem experiential to be the truth. But all of this fluff talk about how "I am love" is completely ridiculous. This has nothing to do with love, this has nothing to do with humanity or feelings or any of that at all. I have no doubt that Rupert is an enlightened being. But all of this fluff mcguff about how I am love to me seems to be stupid. Love is an idea, all feelings and experiences including love and peace have nothing to do with truth. From my perspective enlightenment isn't some altered experience of reality as that would be the same trap you've been in your entire life. Seeking out an experience. Truth is what you are. And you are never any experience.

What type of Inner Work have you done to get out of depression? Because watching videos is just a surface thing. It doesn't change you in depth.
