I'm so excited that the Lions drafted Hooker. I like Goff, but I'm looking forward to Hooker being our starter. His running ability adds a dimension that defenses will have to account for. I believe the OC Ben Johnson will put in a couple of designed run plays for him to keep defenses honest. Accompany that with our stacked offensive weaponry and Ben Johnson's connective play calling, and we have the makings for the leagues number one offense.
There's something special about Hendon Hooker, for me, he has that X factor and a quiet confidence; this may very well be because of your misgivings and due to the fact that he's had to deal with career threatening issues. Im so stoked for him as a Lion!
Apparently the Rams want him so I'm here to see what the fuss is about
Hooker !!! Lets go Detroit!!!!! He will be a dero threat !! I said it here !! !!!!!!!
He won't make it past the 2nd round. A team that can afford to have him sit for a year will snatch him up.
6:26 you said it flipped off what it is
People are treating the Vols offense like it's some kinda mythical creature only seen in grainy 70 year old photos.
It's not rocket science. Concepts going on in that O happen in the pros and vice versa. The NF as a whole is getting smarter and opening up. This is not the 80's.
They had the run-n-shoot(college offense or as you said opening it up)in the 80s, Houston oiler.
The nfl vacillates on what “works”
Ex:
Run/pass
4-3/3-4
Pocket/mobile
@@BamBamSam12 The NFL passing game as a whole has opened up and innovated a lot over time, that's the biggest example I mean. New things are working. Run n Shoot aside (outlier), things were generally simpler, and that wasn't because they already had everything figured out for what "works".
@@piptyson5512 no bro. Your just young with a limited perspective.
See OG AFL and come talk to me. The ball was literally designed to be thrown more than the nfl(duke) counterpart haha 😂
@@BamBamSam12 How do you know my age? You don't, I'm not young. Fools make assumptions, don't be that guy.
I know the AFL and the ball. That doesn't change the fact that passing concepts that are winning today were not just what "worked" in the past. Passing concepts plus rule changes have made it a passing league, not just the ball.
@@piptyson5512 the fact that you wrote back an emotionally charged response (name calling like fool)with little evidence to further you point. That’s how I KNOW you’re young.
Grow Up son, it’s just the comment section of TH-cam
J & D Productions Is this based on your expert position or just a Monday morning QB ranting!
I don’t know but I’m feeling the Bucs or Titans for him
COULDNT THROW ON THE RUN? How do u figure he threw 58 tds ran 10 tds only 5 ints in 2 seasons HOOK Is accurate on deep balls had over 70% completions and won big games Exceeded expectations He caried the Vols to the #1 Ranking and was contending for the Heisman when he got injured Hook is by far the best QB in the Draft Bryce played his best game and couldnt beat Hooker. Hook beat Young Levis and AR and played the best Defences
Steelers should get him as a back up
Hope my 49ers draft him
First comment? I be shittin in Costco
wtf?
Ngl same
That’s why I married a latina woman. She won’t be disrespectful and ask me to go grocery shopping with her or anything like that. She knows her place unlike so many American women.
@@BusterMSC1 fair
@@BusterMSC1 Wtf are you talking about
HTTR great vid Go Vols
Bad footwork? Taken off boards for a torn acl as qb?
Ikr....I'm like dude.
Really?
Really?
Hoping the stories linking him to the Vikes are false.
Nothing about his game looks NFL ready.
you said he threw 5 picks last season he threw 5 piacks in the last 2 seasons combined along with 58 TDs in the air and 10 on the ground... dont be messing up his stats man lol. Think about that 58 tds and 5 ints....thats a very short list of people
New subscriber bro..✊🏽✊🏽
I go to davie high and and watch his clips against us all the time
hooker is top 3 in the draft but not the top 5 qb pick bc of his age n acl tear
2 picks last season tf
Similar to Steve McNair I would say
No way. Air McNair was a beast with a cannon for an arm, hooker is Bambi in comparison 😂
Raiders PLEASEEE
Bro Brandon weeden was almost 30 as a rookie....stop bashing black athletes Aaron Brooks Andrew luck was all older bro
So he's mobile accurate can read defenses and even with the offense he ran you still have to be good enough to deliver the ball oh the kid was a heisman candidate. He could end being the best qb in the draft but oh no. Colts fans rather get Will Levis who got waxed by Hooker 😒
