We have had many Ragdolls over the years. Long hair and shedding is an issue, but other than that, the most loving cats we have ever experienced. Love to be held and cuddled. Love to sit near you and lay with you. Collapse in your arms and are super playful while young, but then do chill out a lot as they get older. Love to play and fetch toys. We have fallen in love with the breed. So beautiful and affectionate. They love to just be near you and reach out to touch you while they sleep.
I have just adopted a ‘Ragamese’, or so I’m told. She is very fluffy, has round blue eyes, & is exceptionally active & energetic, climbing the bars of her playpen without hesitation. I don’t have any papers etc., but it looks as though I have definitely acquired this mixed breed. My husband thinks she must have a feral background, as she is so confident, even aggressive when she feels like it. She’s 3 months old.
You cant compare the two. The Ragdoll is laid back and the Siamese is highly energetic. The only thing I don't like about my Ragdoll is the brushing but I just adore her.

Siamese cats are the most loving pets you can imagine.
