Thanks! It took me around 2 hours, and I'm really happy with the results. I'm a beginner, so it's normal for it to take that long for me-just in case anyone is curious.

so just a nitpick about the internals of the mic:
You're making a SM-58 style microphone. The diaphram would be orientated up. The direction it's currently set would be for a front facing mic like the Shure 55SH.

how to optimize this model ? my model has almost 300k poligon :/

If you have a subdevision serface modifier, you can lower or remove it. If you have already applied it, try un-subdividing in Edit mode.
