depends how far someone is and if they're in the middle of nowhere or in the middle of a battlefield, I usually revive but alot of the time i get myself killed as well
Might be from the aggression in the fight. Historically in WW2 in the pacific battles. The Japanese Army was extremely deadly in the jungle island combat. They were known to give grenades to wounded soldiers so they could kill American medics or soldiers that tried to help them. Booby trap the dead with explosives or traps. Or the popular pretend they were dead and then ambush American soldiers. It became more of a reflex for American marines to shoot the bodies of Japanese soldiers both dead and dying. In the game Medal of Honor Pacfic Assault it was known that in the highest difficulty setting that some players got so paranoid by the ruthless Japanese attacks in the game and the way they fought that when they got to the Japanese playing dead and ambush that after that they would shoot Japanese dead NPC's on reflex to avoid a surprise ambush even if it was not scripted to happen. The same thing happens again in Call of Duty world at war given that a large number of players playing that game likely were older players that originally played Medal of Honor Pacific Assault years earlier.

it's because in the first sector the american side makes an amphibious attack and they have little cover, and the japanese side has naval and anti-aircraft batteries if you have a reasonable team good in japanese it will be difficult for american to capture the objective, it's like in bf1 in operation tsaritsyn, the red army has the upper hand in the first sector because the spawn is too close to the objective
