there was someone back in the day that made "dropped" T3 spindles - is that not a thing available any longer? I remember I had to specifically reach out to a machine shop to have them make these for me a while back.

I can't say that I've heard of them.
Considering you can lower or raise the suspension for zero cost and in less than an hour, I can't see dropped spindles being a big hit

how do you get the upper control arm to line up with the lower control arm after you move the lower control arm up a spline or two? after i did that to mine the upper control arm looked like it needed to have the same thing done to it but i couldn't find any bolts to get the upper control arm off like the lower one

you dont touch the upper control arm in that way. It is free to rotate - I think it works as the anti-roll bar.
And besides, you dont disconnect the top, so you dont need to align it again

Does it become stiff or bouncy?

@@ivenbonniciify depends on your clearance. technically as much as you can until the tire rubs, at least from when i did it that's what it looked like. it may make the ride a bit more stiff when you lower it. but that's gonna happen when you lower anything. you also may have to roll the fenders if you lower it aswell
