Ladder start tutorial

I had a few requests for info regarding the ladder setup I use for ladder starting my foil. Unfortunately I forgot who asked me so I thought by way of an apology I'd put together a video of my ladder setup and a brief tutorial of the technique I use to start foiling from it. Foiling equipment used:
Axis 1150, 75cm mast, 460 flat HA tail
GoFoil GL240, 32.5" (82cm) mast, 14.5" flip tip tail or KDmaui 14.5" tail
