right at the beginning, you see rob with the biggest smile as he's filming. I love watching people be happy for and supporting others. You guys have an incredible team.
the thing that consistantly blows me away is his TONE. lee knows how to adjust to the gear he’s playing, with his dynamics, phrasing, guy has come so far it’s inspiring!
Two of my all-time favorites spinning great tunes and conversations. Thanks to Lee, Pete, and Anderton’s for the endlessly informative and entertaining videos!
Lee and Pete make some of the best videos on TH-cam in my opinion. They give you the feeling like they jamming in your living room and having a great time doing it.Both are excellent guitar players.
Thank you Lee & Pete (and the rest of the Anderton's crew) for what you do. Love your informative and sometimes funny videos. You've influenced both my playing and buying decisions. Also thank you for taking the time to speak with me at NAMM. Keep up the good work!
Captain, you said you're probably the worst guitar player doing demos there. I don't know about that, but even if it's true, I wanted to let you know that you're still an inspiration to me. I've been a bedroom player most of my life. I am still mostly just a hobbyist (although I do play out a little bit now). And I love your playing. And part of the reason I love your playing is because it is so accessible. But it sounds great! I have been literally chasing you for years. Ever since you used to just play the captains lick with Rob, and I couldn't do that at the time, you inspired me to get better. And then as I've gotten better you've also gotten better! Lol. So I'm still chasing you. Anyway, I thought you'd like to know. You have inspired me and probably inspired more guitar players than you realize just through your TH-cam videos. So have fun at Namm and God bless you brother!
Thanks for the Q&A! It was nice to hear some Anderton's video production insights. Hope you guys are getting some rest post-NAMM, and that nobody got too sick from the trip!
Wow, big sound from Lee on the purple - real Gilmour-esque at the end there. We love you guys, the world over. Every guitarist I meet in Australia inevitably brings up something they saw on Andertons at some point.
That pete lick which even Mateo Mancuso reacts to man😀🤓. Even though it was the namm location, Lee and Pete made it impossible for us to miss the andertons video studio. Keep progressing and getting success as you guys have always done. ✌️
Just received my shirt order yesterday to the states. 4 days from UK was faster than some local Amazon ship! You guys are awesome, great footage all the way around the US and UK! Thanks
Good god man. Lee has improved so much. He’s actually outplaying Pete here. His tone is amazing as well. I can’t believe how good his feel and timing has gotten. 👏 👏 👏
I never considered that your videos may not be pleasurable to watch by some. I was very intrigued and best I can figure is maybe they are way above "playing to backing tracks" level and are wanting more of the complex details associated with higher level performing/gigging/recording. I absolutely enjoy your banter (you are in the wrong seats btw) and the way you unfold gear from "plugged in" to how to get some decent tones and modulations. THANK YOU!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait fir more. I will be ay NAMM next year!!!!!
Capt.- don't think for a second that we don't know how terrified you were playing guitar live at NAMM around all those amazing guitarist, cameras, and ppl- well done bud, that took balls- and you sounded good. Pete did great as well, but I would expect him to- he's got lots of experience being in front of crowds and playing around big names like Tom Jones and the others he's worked with. And- I bought a guitar due to one of your videos recently- not form you but, I bought one. LOL- Sorry man, I'm in the US and wanted to buy as local as possible- and I needed credit. But just so everyone knows- that got me a guitar that had never been setup- never been touched- I had to do it all. And it's a super Strat with a Floyd Rose so- that wasn't an easy task. If you buy from Andertons- you'll get a guitar ready to rock- if not, you'll spend 2 days trying to set it up the whole time wondering- is it going to have issues once you do? You can't tell until you get it all set up. And many places- once you've had that done- won't take it back. Buy from Andertons- you'll be safer. Edit: Oh- if anyone cares, it's an Ibanez SP3- and yes, it sounds great - after I set it up. It sounded atrocious when I got it. Amazing the difference a good set up can make.
Lee...you closet shred monster, you! You've been hiding your full powers! Well done. Thanks for all the info from the show. See you gents back in the sound room back home. Safe flight. Cheers.
Lee, your phrasing has really improved w hanging out w all these great players in interviews and guys like Pete! It sounds more lyrical and sing-like w feel and all... Cheers Lee 💯😊
100% that’s why I only go one day every year… I’ve been going through it for 20 years… I think I’m getting towards the end… Because I’m not a person looking to see musicians and get autographs. I’m just enjoying the new equipment… Yes, it is exhausting… Take care.
As usual, excellent video and music. Reinforces my notion that British musicians have a very musical, lyrical, and rhythmic way of approaching music that is very appealing. Thanks for what you do.
Funny stuff with the clams and with Matteo popping in and out in the background lol That's a lot of pressure! I would freak out :D I can't tell what guitar Lee is playing but I love it! Very nice tones on both.
Love Pete’s answer to the “developing guitarist looking up to legends” question was on point. Far better to be inspired by many different aspects and by music in general than individual guitar players. I couldn’t agree more.
The playing in this is utterly stupendous, as others have noted. That said, why is the camera constantly shifting? I wound up having to listen to it, rather than watch it, due to that, as I found it was actually making me feel unwell. :/
Don't know how to feel about the new Pro and signature models being made in India. I mean they cost just as much as the Korean ones, but are not being manufactured in the premium part of the Eastern Imports, seems like a gamble. I like my older Korean Chapman guitars but I find it hard to pay 1000+ euros for a made in India guitar. Just my 2 cents. Cheers!
Love you guys. Just realized I’ve never seen Lee on the right and Pete on the left of the screen.
Haha, good point
It's Dec and Ant!
I don’t know which is which now.

Once again I’m super impressed with how much the Captain’s playing has improved! That intro was spot on!
Oh yeah, I was just gonna say somethin' to that effect. Lee's gotten SO much better, now if we can just get his confidence up! Go Lee!
20 years of playing every day does wonders
That is one of the coolest things about the amount of content Anderton's produces. You can actually watch Lee improve year by year.
the thing that consistantly blows me away is his TONE. lee knows how to adjust to the gear he’s playing, with his dynamics, phrasing, guy has come so far it’s inspiring!
Was just gonna comment that
Two of my all-time favorites spinning great tunes and conversations. Thanks to Lee, Pete, and Anderton’s for the endlessly informative and entertaining videos!
Love Pete's Chapman guitar. These guys are the stars of NAMM
You guys are awesome. I love watching your videos. I gotta say Lee's tone is freaking awesome in this video.
Lee and Pete make some of the best videos on TH-cam in my opinion. They give you the feeling like they jamming in your living room and having a great time doing it.Both are excellent guitar players.
You guys were the greatest hit of Namm, Thanks for taking us all along for the ride! Cheers
Lee!!! That intro solo had ALLLLL the soul!!!! Props to you for killing it with so many people watching too!
This was great. So cool that people could go see this live.
Thank you Lee & Pete (and the rest of the Anderton's crew) for what you do. Love your informative and sometimes funny videos. You've influenced both my playing and buying decisions. Also thank you for taking the time to speak with me at NAMM. Keep up the good work!
Matteo in the background was in awe listening to the 2 guys in front!
Lee takes the LEAD! So nice to see you guys at NAMM🎉
Crazy tone on Lee's guitar there. Big thumbs up.

Thanks Man - so glad you like the videos we do & that we're all getting better together
So much love and respect for those guys…
Lee killed it in that last jam! - where did that come from! - As always just great feeling like we are around you guys playing -
If I ever get close to how well Lee can play I’d be over the bloody moon! Trolls can do one. Keep it up lads 🎸
Thanks for the Q&A! It was nice to hear some Anderton's video production insights. Hope you guys are getting some rest post-NAMM, and that nobody got too sick from the trip!
Classic show. Coffee and Anderton's, that's been the start to my day for the last 7 years.
This is the third jam that i'll be saving as mp3. Just insanely beautiful
Fantastic playing by the captain 👏
I do love Pete's loops such a great player and this shows just how good, plug and play !
You guys are great, thanks for all do in the world of guitars.

Lee has the best guitar tone ever and his playing his top notch.
Wow Lee!!! You’re just killing it! MEGA sound and feel 💪🏻👌🏽

Sounds great as allways. Thank you.
Lee has one of the best vibrato techniques I've seen!
Pete you're on fire. That's insane. Relistened to one part already.
Good god man. Lee has improved so much. He’s actually outplaying Pete here. His tone is amazing as well. I can’t believe how good his feel and timing has gotten. 👏 👏 👏
If there is one word to summarise this video, it would be this: INSPIRATIONAL. Thank you for everything 👍🏼

I loved to see Rob lingering in the background on the intro- Lovely guitars and they sound awesome & is that the famous Andertons's carpet I see?????
Thank you for all the Namm content !

Andertons TV is absolutely the best (guitar)music related TH-cam channel

Lee playing like a pro! That Pete guy is pretty good too.
When I grow up I want to be able to play like Lee
Now the Captain is killing it...
Love how Rob is filming like a proud dad at a ball game
Lee that is some great licks!!!
This was cool to include us who couldn’t attend Namm.
Nice jam Lee. Wicked good sounding t-style Pete.
Just unbox guitar stuff..... The dream job!!!
NAMM looks like it was exhaustive , thks guys ;))

Lee's playing has become quite tasty... Don't forget about the rest of us Lee!!!
Green socks with the olive green DPT. Good choice. Also, Lee has cool socks on. 😎
Great. Really enjoyed the show clips.
PS hope the budget was big enough to buy the carpet to replace the new studio shocker?
Sometimes a slow jam is just what we need.
That Pegasus guitar has a massive Satriani tone!
the most feel anyones heard all week
That's kind of weird seeing Lee and Pete swapping places 😂😂 great playing as always 🎸👍
As usual, excellent video and music. Reinforces my notion that British musicians have a very musical, lyrical, and rhythmic way of approaching music that is very appealing. Thanks for what you do.
Danish ones are good too 😂😜
I certainly agree and thought you might remind me of that. @@andertons
Lee is such a tasty guitar player now! Proving that shredding doesn't have to be the norm for a good guitarist!
This is cool! Live with Andertons, 😂. Man, this should be more a thing.
well-fed partnership proves once more as the best for progress in music business...positive presupposition
Does anyone have the DPT guitar by now? I'd love to hear how the finish is and how you think it relics over time.
Pete is such an inspiration ❤
21:24 - dude's really digging in
I need a Pete in my guitar journey x
Which socks is Lee rocking?! Those are amazing!
Ha ha - Christmas specials from my daughters - who doesn't want flying V socks!!
Lee really likes that guitar.
Wow Lee has a fantastic sound there. What amp is that lead tone coming from ?
The AnderTones, LIVE!
I like that you guys play with tea bags on your guitar necks. Must be an English thingy. Playing is awesome. Keep on keeping on.
What amp is Lee playing? Is it really a Katana as it says in the description? Sounds amazing!
when you guys going on the road. you gotta take you buddy chappers too. hes a great guitar player as well
Funny stuff with the clams and with Matteo popping in and out in the background lol That's a lot of pressure! I would freak out :D
I can't tell what guitar Lee is playing but I love it!
Very nice tones on both.
I think it’s one of the new Chapman offerings.
@@riklionheart23 Oh! Thanks.
Did you guys see Sasquatch was recording you in the background?
A DPT in Grove Green or Flint Blue is calling my name. Cheers!
That carpet!👍
Yeah kapitan Lee, you are on it!! Pete not bad too :) big love from Belgium .
Matteo Mancuso commina out of the door an watching is epic. He stoped looked.. LoL 14 min. see his look
Would like to know what gain pedal is making the sound of Lee"s distortion. It sounds really good.
It’s was a boost pedal into the crunch channel of the amp
@@andertons aha, very nice tone. Thx
07:16 Matteo Mancuso - totally distracted? No he heard that lick!! 🎸🤟
Head straight up haha
And so he should!
Everyone in the background looks IDENTICAL to people in the front row at shows with their arms crossed
Rob is such a Lee and Pete fanboy 😂
Captain's tone!
that black t style guitar Pete is playing. I'm in love.
I saw John Mayer mess up once so I incorporated into my own playing.
Love Pete’s answer to the “developing guitarist looking up to legends” question was on point. Far better to be inspired by many different aspects and by music in general than individual guitar players. I couldn’t agree more.
