Johar flour is used raw here...so ideally it should be deep fried in oil for full cooking...shallow fry can b done when d ingredients r boiled or half cooked...n trust me not much iol is consumed in deep fry...

Lauki is Bottlegourd .You can substitute zucchini for the bottle gourd in this recipe.Hope it helps.
