ज्वार के आटे का हेल्दी और टेस्टी नाश्ता | Jowar Recipe | Gluten-Free Recipe | Millet Breakfast:
Ingredients:
Fresh Jowar or sorghum flour: 1+ 1/2 cup
Chopped onion: 1/2 cup
Grated carrot: 1/2 cup
Chopeed corainder: 1/2 cup
Garlic-ginger-green chilli paste: 1 tbsp
Chilli powder, Jeera powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, and Carom seeds: 1 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Curd: 1 tbsp
Water: use little water for kneading a tight dough form
Oil: 1 tbsp
For tempering:
Oil: 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
Jeera: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp

Are u sure no soda nd no oil in the dough?
Yes, I am sure no soda in this recipe.
And for the dough kneading I used 1 tsp oil.
I wish your recipes are written in very small letters plz use more space for names thanks

I tried it it didn't turned out. I forgot to add dahi was it the reason? But I don't think so tht dahi was main ingredient. It didn't strem properly. It didn't cooked even till 2 hours of steam ..

Oh, I am sorry about that, make sure sorghum flour should not be too old, it should be fresh within 15 days, and the other thing is dough should be tight for steam. And curd is best substitute for baking soda or powder.
Atta dough should be as roti wala❤ I think so
