Looks like all ev companies are behaving like Korean mobile's initial phase... i still remember during my college time when mobile phone was new and people were crazy to own one first thing they came across was Korean make mobiles only sound & light no warranty no guarantee no service...
Then after some 5+ years mobile phone was standardised by reputed brands with proper service centers after that all those Korean mobiles simply disappeared... Quality increased and price also got dropped, win win for customers...
I think we are facing similar situation in ev industry now..

Normally the technicians are not having sufficient EV knowledge. Maximum avoid this type of Chinese vehicles. It is better to go for brand like tvs.ather and bajaj.
Dont but komaki bikes. PPL should avoid the bike. so that only the manufacturing companies listen the customer problems.
Can fix projector light on centre.

it's best idea to make this kind of ownership review of ev instead of going to showroom and speak and make video favouring to them

Anna adhu its has two wires near the scooter if the wires has been rust it does not go fast similarly we face this issue in our electric bike we should be careful if the two wires get rusted the bike does not go fast its become very slow and its cannot move easy also bike tire will get stuck and hard to push also

Totally waste.. If something happen to it's motor.. They never replace it. Instead they say water enter into its motor so no warranty will be provided

Indian ebike market are completely dumped with cheaper Chinese products.
Please don't buy any EV, unless they provide you 6 years complete replacement warranty for bike components.

I owned Okinawa priase for last 3 years some problem will occur but it is able to solve.
If it is solved then we are good. If not then big headache to customer
I'm also used last 1.5 year same way they speak to me there no issue u wrongly told like actually back wheel suspension not working 150 kg load no moments happen i place my fingers on suspension spring inside that no shack coming few days i trave 250 km i feel back pain issue

I'm also using SE for more than 2 years and I have recommended for more than 30 customers. There is no such problems like u told and pls don't make abusive videos against komaki brand.

Komaki is waste only.. I lost 2 vehicles in last 6 months.. Tn 95 and Dt 3000 .. Now they are telling that.. I used it in rain and water entered in motor.. So complaint occured.. It will take six months to give it back.

i am from pondy..and i am also using komaki km(non license model) purchase on june 2021
problems faced:-
as he said but for me first 6 months no problem but after that my scooter is soo noisy on irregular roads and speed breaker, i thought that plastic pannels is soo poor so only it produce noice!! and suddenly vehicle off and on and i report it to service where i purchased.
they said that the noise is coming from battery compartment under the seat that chamber which it comes out from attachment...i think it is designed for lead acid it seems like ur hero ev battery compartment!! the battery compartment is poor quality so that it cannot handle the weight of the battery!!
but in service they done welding work to fix the battery compartment and water wash my scooter within 1 day(i gave for service on morning and they return it on evening same day)!! and charge me for 150rs for welding and washing which i think is reasonable!!
and no sound for a month!! and after that the handle screw and join is not upto the quality but not too noisy but produce little noise compare it before!!
next problem a week before the motor and battery is overheating and the mcb is tripping continuously i asked they said immediately change the mcb wich will result in bms damage!! so i immediately go to service and took half hour and charge me 300 for mcb!!
so my point is product is not that much quality but it look like good!!

i choose komaki because when i search ev shop in Puducherry on gmap komaki has highest rating(NOW THEY ARE ANOTHER COMPANY DEALER MANTHRA EV)!! so i decided and impressed by looks and speed!! i am looking for non license vehicle!!
i bought it for 69.5k i have alternative options like ampere, okinawa and pure ev all non license model but they have top speed as 35 to 38 like that..
but in komaki i have tested on google speed test it shows 48kmph if road was little inclined then 53 kmph with pillion!! but in vehicle display it shows 25kmph for arai approve!! and giving more than 50 km on full charge once i tested!! my usage will be 15 km daily so i charge it for 2 days once!!
also bro ampere ev also produce noise not in motor becas of the same i face!! which u mentioned on ampere ownership review in ur channel!!
