I had my first trip to Hersheypark in June. The rides were great, the food was great, I found a lot of walking around felt really cramped. It was a crazy busy day at the park though so that is probably a big reason for that.
Skyrush, I thought was amazing, but it absolutely decimated my gfs thighs. Like deep thigh bruises that ended up being too painful to ride much of anything a few days later on our second day at Cedar Point.
Sorry to hear that about Skyrush. It affects everyone different, I wish it would just hurt fewer people lol
It was great to meet you two and talk to you about our experiences at Hersheypark. I am already thinking about other parks in the area to go to now that my son has overcome his fear of coasters. Looking forward to more content from you! It is good stuff!

Thanks for this analysis. It was quite helpful. 👍👍👍 I'm going to Hersheypark for the first time with my best friend Aug 26 - 27. Our homepark is Great Adventure so we will finally get to compare the two parks. My expectations for Hersheypark are high but only because of what I've heard about it. I've seen SO many claims that it's possibly the best park in the country as far as their collection of attractions. 🤔🤔🤔 That's a pretty lofty claim but, we'll see.
How would you rank it compared to other parks? (cedar point, kings island, etc.)
This video made me more hopeful I get a chance to visit for the first time next year!
I went here a few years ago, I personally would compare it to cedar point. It was a blast! You should try and visit one day.
I'd say it's pretty on par with those 2 parks. The average quality of coaster at Hershey is incredibly high, so in that respect It's a bit better than Kings Island and right up there with Cedar Point. But Hershey has the same great operations as KI and CP, as well as the charm and ambience of KI. Long story short, if you like Cedar Point and Kings Island, you'll like Hershey Park.
