@@maxhagenauer24 outlaw run is my fav rmc, above SteVe, so i think it’s definitely better than wildcats revenge. and i absolutely love time traveler aswell, i think sdc has one of the best 1 two punches ever, atleast for my personal taste in coasters
@@homeofcoastersThere’s not just Wildcat, there’s Skyrush, Storm Runner, Fahrenheit, Great Bear, Candymonium and so much more. Maybe if Outlaw Run would be longer and smoother, because right now Outlaw Run kind of beats you up which is not what an RMC is supposed to do. And also the best moment on Time Traveler (at least for me) is the drop out of the station which is good, but then the rest of the ride is just above average.
Yes indeed! It gives you the lengthy and complete ride experience that you'd want from a new attraction, while packing in the intensity. The airtime is insane and the inversions hit as well.
The ops are really great as well, with the loading and unloading station and 3 trains
I thought nothing could top skyrush at this park, but Wildcats Revenge blew me away! The airtime and lateral combinations make it the most aggressive RMC I’ve done. This is now my #2 RMC and #4 overall coaster!
When you see a park that lights up its coasters so nicely as Hersheypark does, it makes you really wonder why so many other parks don't do the same. It seems like such a relatively inexpensive way to make your park look so much better.

@@Camerenyoo9 trust me. it is. Hershey is one of the most well-taken care of parks in the world and it seriously looks amazing.

Have you guys heard that wildcats revenge has been closed for about a week now. I’ve been hearing that wildcats revenge has been having structural issues and that footers were dug up recently to be re-poured as well. I don’t know if that is true but the structural thing is definitely present.

I feel like Hersheypark has a very polarizing lineup. If your top 3 is Skyrush, Wildcat’s revenge and Candymonium, then it is probably is the best top 3 out of any park, maybe better than Cedar Point. But some people dislike skyrush, and some think Candymonium is a low tier B&M hyper, which makes Wildcat’s revenge, Storm Runner and Fahrenheit the top 3, but that really isn’t the strongest top 3 compared to other parks like Cedar Point, Magic Mountain or Great Adventure
Replace Candymonum with Storm runner. Sky rush wildcats revenge and storm runner is an amazing top 3. Then rides like candymonium, Fahrenheit, Great bear and lightning racer are really good supporting coasters.
The top 3 coasters at CP for me are Maverick, Magnum and Blue Streak and the top 3 coasters at Hershey are Wildcat’s Revenge, Skyrush and Storm Runner.
While Hershey doesn’t have anything quite like Maverick (if only connecting Storm Runner to Fahrenheit was possible,) it’s nice to have the two to choose from. Still, CP is the winner.
Hershey also doesn’t have anything like Magnum, but both Wildcat’s Revenge and Candymonium have some moments. Again, it’s nice to have the two to choose. While Steel Vengeance has the -estiness which CP fans love, Wildcat’s Revenge is the much strong-er coaster.
While Blue Streak beats anything at Hershey, I don’t go to either park for their woodies. That’s what Kennywood and Knoebels is for.
What seals the deal for me and Hershey is that CP has nothing like SkyRush (MF doesn’t come close.)
The speed and the intensity of the drop, the airtime and the ride over the water as opposed to next to it makes Skyrush a true standout.
@@Ethan-rj7vn If storm runner is a top 3 then CP has a better top 3 because storm runner is probably at best a top 70, while Candymonium is at best top 30. So those who have candy monium in their top 3 have Hersheypark as the best top 3, but those who don’t have Candymonium that high have CP as the better top 3 because they will have Skyrush, Wildcat’s Revenge, Maverick, Steel Vengeance, Millenium Force and maybe Magnum in their top 50, but not storm runner and Candymonium. That means that for those people, the top 3 at CP make their top 50, but everything at Hersheypark that isn’t Wildcats revenge and Skyrush won’t make their top 50
@@darkridedan1Imo the top 3 at Cedar point is Steve, Maverick, and Millie. Skyrush ranks between Maverick and Steve, WR ranks near below Maverick, but Candymonium is better than Millie
@@sr.chi7741 now it’s getting confusing but to put it simply. Cedar points top 2 (Mav and Steve) is better than Hersheys top 2 (sky rush and wildcat).
I personally like Skyrush more because I like the combination of airtime and intensity all in one, but they are one of the best one two punches out there.
I’ve been a season pass holder for 3 years and have been going to Hershey for 14 years and I said whole heartedly overall Wildcat Revenge is the better ride. Skyrush is an amazing power house ride but to me that’s it. All the elements on WildCat Revenge make it a better overall ride to me. I’m always so sad when you guys go to Hershey because I always miss you guys when u go🤣

I've been thinking about this myself and I have to give it to Wildcat's Revenge. The snappy elements and airtime really do it for me. And it always surprises me how smooth and comfortable it is to ride. It's my winner!

I can relate when Sarah said Wildcat's Revenge cracked her back. Twice now when riding, when going over the double down, my back has cracked lol! Wildcat's Revenge is putting chiropractors out of business!
Just hearing you talk about how great the ride ops are really emphasizes how operations done properly can really enhance the guest experience. And it really annoys me how Six Flags Magic Mountain can’t be bothered to operate Twisted Colossus properly. I’m sure that would make such a difference for the SFMM guests, yet here we are.
Hersheypark is definitely one of my top bucketlist parks! I hope I can visit soon

When I lived in Virginia, as a kid, we thought of Hersheypark as a sort of honorary home park, though Kings Dominion was the geographically closest one at the time. It was on the way to visit family in the Poconos, which was our standard family summer road trip.
I was coaster-phobic and wouldn't ride the Comet or the sooperdooperLooper. But I think Coal Cracker was the first big thrill ride I ever rode, and I loved that. Go figure. Trailblazer was my first coaster.

All of these rides at Hershey park were my first Big Boy Roller Coasters. When I go to ride more Big ones these are still Big Boy rides compared to others. These are the Six Flags type of rides

Used to drive out from the jersey shore. Hershey park all the time. Great park! I remember when lightning racer was new as well as storm runner and skyrush. Gotta end the day with the heshey tour ride!

I just visited Hersheypark earlier this month and I actually liked Storm Runner and 911 Fahrenheit better than Skyrush (the lap bar got pushed too far down on my legs and it HURT which made the ride not very fun for me) but Wildcat's Revenge was AMAZING and way more intense than I thought it would be. That is one heck of a coaster! Hershey is a great park overall (we really loved Candymonium!) and we had an awesome time there! =)

I was there the past few days so it’s fresh on my mind, the one I liked the most was Candymonium surprisingly, It probably would have been Wildcat’s Revenge but it was closed down and I’m devastated, whole reason I flew out here and it’s a once in a decade thing for me 💔
My opinion on Skyrush is the same as the last time I went, it hurted me 🥺
Taylor, hearing you saying that this is a front row ride after getting in a bunch echoes what my friend Sam & I say about the ride. We love the back & do think the pre-lift & drop are better back there, but the entire rest of the ride is better up front.
One day I'll get to the US and have the opportunity to experience some of these awesome parks. Until then, I just have to hope that someone eventually pulls the trigger on an RMC here in the UK (Iron Horse for the Grand National anyone?) as well as getting out to the Netherlands and Poland next year hopefully!
Wildcats Revenge is one of the best coasters/RMC’s in the world I rode it for the first time at 2:00pm and it was very fast and aggressive
My wife and I are addicted to this coaster. Have ridden 33 times and going again on Tuesday for 8-10 more.
Skyrush is easily my favorite love that coaster and I will be riding its sister coaster soon Flying Aces can't wait to see what thats like

That ERT was the best night ever
It was wild to see from when it opened to weeks later how it has broken in, Wildcats FLIES. Definitely top 5 for me, but I don’t like the ending, it is too much. I hold on for dear life as it flings into the brake run and still getting whipped around like that is a bit much. I’d say this ride is really showing the limit of how crazy RMC elements should get, hope they’re taking notes!!!

I traveled 625 miles to Hersheypark last week to ride Skyrish, Wildcats Revenge and Storm Runner... and the only one that was operating was Skyrush. Still totally worth it but man I'm still bummed out because both Wildcats Revenge and Storm Runner are already operating again.
Bruh I am literally at Hershey Park right now, still haven’t gotten a chance to get on WR yet but it still looks awesome
I was at Hersheypark this past weekend and I was very disappointed because Wildcat's Revenge was closed so right now I would have to pick Skyrush that's an insane ride. Although my favorite ride there was Candymonium. Hopefully next time i'll be able to ride Wildcat's Revenge!

The reason I think Wildcat’s Revenge is the best is the operations are just superb.
I have legit sat on the break run for Candimonium for nearly 10 min because it takes them sooooo long to load the trains. I legit wonder why they have three trains because the operations are so bad they can never fully use the trains to keep the ride moving.
Skyrush is better for operations than Candimonium but still has it’s issues. I also have a death grip on the handlebars so that kind of takes away my enjoyment cause I never feel secure in that ride.
Fahrenheit is up there as one of my favorites but the capacity of those trains is not enough.
Storm Runner does it’s best to handle the capacity but I’ve been there with a two hour wait for that ride with only one of the stations running.
Hershey had an event the Saturday before the coaster crew event and we got ERT on Wildcat's Revenge for an hour. I got 12 rides during that ERT. I prefer SkyRush over Wildcat's. Wildcat's comes in at 6th of the 20 RMC's I ridden, but SkyRush is in my overall Top 10 (#6). A very good 1-2 punch.
Crazy Talk Alan! Wildcats Revenge 6th is accurate though, but still better than Skyrush for me.
@@marty_nz 15 of my 16 rides on Wildcats Revenge were night rides between the two visits. The one morning ride would have placed it like 10th of the 20 RMCs. Back left wing seat is the way to go and is better than WR for me.
I was going to go this Thursday, but with Wildcat's Revenge being down (possibly long-term), I might be pushing my trip back by a month + change. Bogus, dude! :(
Sky rush is a little more intense than Wildcats revenge so that’s why I like it a little more

I was unfortunately a few days too early to ride Wildcat's Revenge this year. Of the rest of the line-up for me the best by far is Candymonium. Skyrush for me is 4th best in the park after Fahrenheit (so underrated) and Great Bear. I don't get much airtime because of the restraints. WR would have had a good chance of being my favorite if I could have ridden it.
I feel I like skyrush better, the layout over the lake and its different like other hyper coaster from the fast lift hill or the wing seats intamin make them unique
I wanted to let you know that, if this was filmed like after July 8, it actually wasn't the first coaster club event to have ert on wildcat's revenge, because July 8th there was a amusement park sponsored event held by Hershey park where there was ert from i think 11 to 12
WE waited in the same area underneath Fahrenheit for them to clear out the park and then they walked us down to Wildcat's Revenge. We had fewer people than the coaster crew event, so they ran 2 trains but basically we walked through the side gate from the unload to the load side. I got 12 rides during the ERT in rows 1,11, & 12. Crew did an outstanding job pumping out trains. One train got stuck on the lift hill for a couple of minutes while we got stuck on the break run, otherwise we may have got an additional 2 rides. Can't complain it was run really well.
It actually was the first coaster club event. Park held events don't count 😊

Got stuck on the top of wildcats revenge lift hill for about 10 minutes a few weeks ago. They have been having some issues
11:43 She makes a very good point, and it *should* feel different from the others as it was not designed by Allen Shilke. We'll start to see some quirks emerging in their future designs.
rode this ride finally for the first time, got a total of 6 rides on it and I must say it's not only my favorite ride in the park but it's now my favorite roller coaster period! Out of all the roller coaster's I've ridden it's def my favorite of them ALL!!! I305 at kings dominion was my favorite roller coaster. Now that's not the case wildcats revenge destroyed it! Just goes to show you... you don't have to be the biggest or fastest roller coaster to be the best! I'm so proud of Hershey Park!!! WELL DONE!! btw wildcats revenge is WAY BETTER than skyrush
As someone who just very recently rode both coasters for the very 1st time this is extremely difficult for me to decide
Why is it exactly that everyone puts Skyrush so high? The restraints literally cause so much pain, which is why it’s not even on my top 10 list! Wildcat’s Revenge is absolutely amazing. The restraints are way more comfortable, and we’ll…it’s an RMC…it’s just a great ride.
The restraints leave your upper body totally exposed and especially on the wing seats it gives you killer laterals. The airtime you do get feels borderline dangerous because the way the restraints are pinned on your thighs. I think it comes down to whether or not you do like the restraints. It doesn’t bother me and I’ve come to love the restraints to be honest
@@Kjphsuubsjf I’ve tried all the hacks to bending my legs and everything, but by the end of each ride I feel like my thighs are pancakes….if it wasn’t for that onnnnnnne aspect- Skyrush would be so high on my list.

Rode wildcat today and it was a badazz ride i give RMC much. respect as usual lol😅 BTW skyrush new restraints are very well made my top 5 coasters in random order so far is el toro , steel vengeance , wildcat revenge , fury 325 , and intimidator 305 skyrush did not make my list because after the first drop the coaster is pretty dull

Wildcat is by far the better ride. Skyrush disappointed me big time. It had a nice first drop and that’s it. But the restraints of that coaster really takes away the desire for riding it again. Wildcat is action packed and aggressive, and it doesnt even hurt you.

Hershey has a nice collection of Coaster types. I think its getting competitive with Cedar Point now
Hershey has a great Coaster line up but not at the same level of Ceder Point.

I’m at Hershey right now, and the park is not the same without Wildcat’s Revenge. It’s kind of like a time warp. It’s like 2013.

2 storm runner
3 candymonium
4 wildcats revenge
5 farenheight
I actually went to this event. Super fun overall, but I was super tired by the end. WIldcat's Revenge > Skyrush for me personally.
I just wish RMC’s restraints weren’t so bad! Looks like a sweet event though, maybe next year!

@@kmccurdy21 I’m on the taller side, and I just can’t enjoy them too much with the shin guards killing me. Everyone else has figured out how to not use shin guards, wish RMC would put in some effort on the trains.

All of the coasters at Hershey except wildmouse will last 20-25 years maybe longer and Hershey could in 5-10 years get a Giga and it might happen along with everything there
Wildcat's Revenge isn't even open anymore. It's listed as temporarily closed on the website Skyrush takes the cake!
What does ert stand for?
Wildcat's Revenge is the perfect balance of intensity and fun. Skyrush is just all intensity and can be too much for people, myself included.
Still really need a coaster studios v airtime thrills on skyrush
