Lol the wiping this dude does at 3:55 removed my android 12, get set back to android 11 and now it can't update to 12 anymore.
I have done this before in the past I’m trying it on my new computer, but every time I try to do it I keep getting “fastboot error cannot load 'twrp.img too short”
I think you have taken the wrong img file for your device. check again.

you need a correct twrp boot image to run on cmd if you try a differebt boot image then your phone is getting to risk

Maybe you didn't unlocked your bootloader if you didn't install mi unlock tool and unlock bootloader do not click on the add account and device button are your gonna wait an about 168 hours or 7 seven days.
hi, im doing this on a samsung a10, ive unlocked the bootloader but when i choose the "reboot to bootloader" option the phone goes into download mode and the fastboot devices command does not pick it up, anyone tried this with the a10?

Twrp doesnt support my phone model.what can i do?
Nothing really.. Dont try to download another one.. I hade a j7 core and i downloaded the one for the j7 thinking its okkay, and now its bootlooping i cant even go to the recovery mode..
They dont do it for all the phone cause it will cost them a lot to actually buy these phones and configure a twrp img for them so instead they do it for the famous phone or most used phone from each brand

Hi, I have a SONY XZ1 currently running Android 9, and I am trying to install a twrp recovery onto it by using your video as a guide, but when you get to 3.24 in the video, the part where you drag the twrp.img file inti the cmd prompt I am having some difficulties. When I do this I get this message after pressing enter.

It is better to use specific TWRP recovery file otherwise system may appear. You should search more on google and you will definitely TWRP for your mobile.
