After i use the fatboot flash recovery twrpimg file it works but it doesent launch the twrp recovery and them i use fastboot boot twrp img file and it doesent boot it it says downloading boot.img okay and then booting failed (remote: 'unknown command')

The computer has no issues detecting it as a proper device and the phone properly changed between media sharing, debugging mode, and the regular charging mode. It just won't detect it in fastboot. Most probably you are not using a data cable buy a new one with DATA CABLE written on the packet
