Overnight oats are definitely a go-to for my mornings, but for my evenings, I love a vegan taco bowl with veggie ground. You can add rice or not, add avocado or not, add corn or not... etc. Can always be adjusted with your goals!

I live in Guangzhou, China. My fav go to meal is oatmeal with a butt ton of berries and an apple, covered with a bit of pb powder. Super quick, easy, and have it for lunch everyday!! Good luck with your show!
My favorite comforting go to meal is 1- 1.5 cups of short grain rice cooked, 1 heaping tablespoon of cocoa powder, pinch of salt, 1 scoop of chocolate brown rice protein powder, 1 scoop of brown rice vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of frozen berries, , 1 teaspoon of vegan chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of vanilla unsweetened coconut beverage( I use so delicious). Mix the heated rice, coconut bev and fruit with the other ingredients, and you have a delicious, filling and amazing breakfast!
Awesome video girl! 😘❤️My favorite go to meal is Natto (fermented soy beans) I eat it for breakfast on Thursday and Fridays ( mon-wed is green smoothie days). It is so good for your gut and it is loaded with protein, k2 vitamin and nattokinase. I normally have it with white sushi rice and tare sauce (japanese bbq sauce). Btw, I'm not japanese, but I love all Asian cuisine and Natto is simply in my opinion the best probiotic out there.

I use instant oats(30g), protein (30g), plant milk(100ml), vanilla drop, baking powder (1/2 tsp).i usally top with yogurt, peanut butter and jam with piece of dark chocolate if i have the cals. And then microwave for 2 and a half mins 😁😊💕

Can you share your workout program competition prep for the entire process...like week after week leading into the competition day. We often don't get to see the way to increase reps/weights/volume and different exercises. Good info to get 👍

My favorite go to meal is the vegan taco salad from chef Chloe. Multiple sources of protein with the veggie ground round, black beans, and the tofu sour cream. Some avocado too (always makes things better). It is has a agave lime dressing (seriously good). I also love the black lentil curry from rainbow plant life. 😋
My go-to meal if I have NOTHING to eat but want a heathy meal is 1 can of beans + 1 bag frozen veggies + a sauce of choice from the fridge. BONUS: + a slice of bread with vegan cream cheese to round it out.

How do you like to cook your rice? I've been trying it in my InstantPot but my ratios or time or something is off because it's either too sticky or too hard. And there's nothing more sad than poorly cooked rice.

Awesome job. Keep up the great work! My favorite go-to meal is a hummus sandwich. I make my own hummus using chickpeas, black beans, garlic, carrot y sesame, or flax seed. After toasting 2 pieces of vegan bread for crunch, I cut into 8 triangles. These I use almost as Spanish tapas. I add a thick layer of hummus and follow that with mandalin style veggies. I usually love arugala, shredded carrot y beet, tomatoes, asparagus, ginger, onion, tri colored peppers, zucchini, nutritional yeast, braggs' aminos & nori. Each tapa ends up being crispy, crunchy, and satisfying! Buen provecho 😊🎉😊 @Kbuenoecotours

My favorite go-to meal is a hummus sandwich. I make my own hummus using chickpeas, black beans, garlic, carrot y sesame, or flax seed. After toasting 2 pieces of vegan bread for crunch, I cut into 8 triangles. These I use almost as Spanish tapas. I add a thick layer of hummus and follow that with mandalin style veggies. I usually love arugala, shredded carrot y beet, tomatoes, asparagus, ginger, onion, tri colored peppers, zucchini, nutritional yeast, braggs' aminos & nori. Each tapa ends up being crispy, crunchy, and satisfying! Buen provecho 😊🎉😊

My favorite go to meal is quinoa and chopped kale with seitan and g Hughes bbq sauce. It's super easy to throw together and it's delicious. Recently I have been using your lupini seitan recipe which makes it so much better! @youdrillthemout
