Great video mate. I’m just back from a trip to Mallaig on the WH line, never fails to amaze me and I live up here. Never travelled to Fort William/Inverness by bus. I have done between Oban and Fort William and the views are great. Have always thought that the best ‘scenic’ one would be Fort William to Glasgow via Glencoe 👌🏻🦌🌄

I enjoyed that, thanks for posting the video. I noticed how immaculately clean the bus looked when you first got on and was surprised you didn't mention it, but you commented on it later lol. Thought all those little places you passed through looked really nice to, nice houses and well manicured gardens and hedges, everything looked really neat and tidy. The views of the mountains and waterways were stunning. Thanks again. 👍

Sheil Buses, a superb family run bus and coach company. Bear in mind the route from Inverness to Fort William is not one of the best if you are prone to travel sickness

I have been to Fort William and Ben Nevis. I would like to go to Inverness as I have never been there before.

to be honest Shiel buses like to pick and choose stops to stop at (even when Citylink prescribes shiel to stop) It is getting frustrating trying to gauge if they are bothered this day compared to the next to service stop. Citylink have been contacted a few times and they say in the occasions I have mentioned the 914 was to service the stop in question. #kerslanddrive

An Gearasdan or Fort William in gaelic is my original hometown and a better journey you will nevr have than by coach to that town in Lochaber district

Scottish Citylink don’t own any of their own vehicles, they are all run by various operators including Shiel Buses. Usually they will have the Citylink livery, but on occasion may use another of their vehicles. That route seems to be split between Shiel Buses and Stagecoach Highlands who both have Citylink livery, if you look next to front near side wheel you will see writing telling you who own the vehicle. Glad you didn’t do this route in the summer, all you will hear is load Americans asking the driver where to get off to see Nessie! Lol

Agree. Out the west end of Glasgow, up Loch Lomond side, on to Tyndrum and then the magnificent stretch through Bridge of Orchy, up on to the edge of Rannoch Moor and through Glen Coe.
