A glorious introduction followed by a charming, passionate and accurate view of my braw wee country. You did it proud. Thank you for sharing. There’s plenty more to see, so haste ye back.
Excellent visuals. We travelled much of your route in 2022 in a rented car. Not being used to driving on the left I missed a lot as my eyes were mainly on the road - stop often!!!! In September this year we did all our travelling by train and I got to see much more of the countryside. We did do a one day tour with Rabbies from Glasgow to Glencoe - highly recommend that company. I look forward to watching more of your trips.
I did! I was very pleased with how I packed. I did buy one cozy hoodie along the way just because I thought it was cute but other than that I wore everything I packed! th-cam.com/video/5ESbmfo8uXk/w-d-xo.html
@ Np. I’ll briefly explain my comment: I think it’s the lack of trees. I can say this as a Scot but I think the Highlands are overrated. Not particularly high and, yeah, just no beautiful forests, really. They have a certain strange, ancient, atmospheric beauty, but for me, visually they ain’t all that! Just an opinion. Ty again! 👍
@@titteryenot4524 Totally understand! I live in California and I'm not as fond of the mountains here as I was when I lived in Washington State. It was just much more green and forest-y.
@@TonyaSSee? _Now_ you’re talking: Washington State has _proper_ (3,000m+) mountains! Actually, off the top of my head, I think you have pretty high sierras in Northern California. I haven’t seen them in the flesh, alas. Seen LA but never that far North. One day.
Where should I travel to next?
We went to Orkney and the Outer Hebrides in 2022 - two very memorable places.
@@grantw7 Good to know! Thank you!
@elvirkikic4553 I've been to Croatia! Loved it! But never Bosnia. Thanks!
Scotland is stunning. Been twice in the Highlands and left my heart there. Miss Scotland so much.
I can see why. It's majestic!
So many beautiful views, wonderful captures. From beginning to end I kept thinking, I have to go there. Thank you!
Thanks, Jim!
