This humble lentil recipe is easy to prepare. There is no flour, no egg, no yeast. You can enjoy this fresh healthy and delicious bread with plantbased ingredients, in a few minutes of preparation.
Ingredients
1 cup |200g |7oz lentils
soak for 2 hours or overnight
blend the soaked lentils until they are puréed
1/2cup |125g |4.4oz dairy-free yogurt
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
mix well
pour the batter into the loaf pan & sprinkle some sesame seeds on top
bake in a preheated oven at 205°C/400 °F for 45 minutes
