If you want to spend 8 million pounds, sure (slightly over exaggerating, but it's a very pricey game to buy cars/tracks alongside membership). Assetto Corsa is just as good if not better as a sim racer, but it lacks the competition iRacing has.
Just because his setup is better does not mean he will beat you! There are INSANE guys with like 7K iRating on basic-ass G29s! ...it's all skill my man!

Asetto corsa compitizione has some of the best battles outside of iracing. Only has gt3 and GT4 cars though.
