Great tutorial! Where’s the white tape measure with hole from? Been looking for something like that for some time.
The other important aspect of a tape measure is that it's 5/8" wide making it easy to mark your seam lines which are 5/8" in most cases :)

Good night. How do you care for a tape measure?
I have mounted a strong magnet nearby my cutting table up about six feet from the floor, and I keep my tape measure hanging there by one of the steel ends. This arrangement keeps the tape always hanging straight down, and so it doesn’t take a wonky set. I can always know where to reach to grab my tape measure, and also don’t have to clutter up the place.
