Ryan you hit this one out of the ballpark with explaining how to setup each of these toolpaths - at least that is my opinion. Back to basics and then build on them. I think we discussed this when I visited last month. I just got back from my road trip. So I will catch up with any videos I missed. I’d be anxious to hear from you about what type of feedback you are getting on this type of video and how things are going. Now that I am home I can order me some BAMX…
Looks Good Ryan, I'm gonna try these next, I almost like your toolpaths but I will add a Profile toolpath (saved in the same program) on the Bowlbit takin all but about .015" or so from that step, right before it pockets all that out. It just works better for a less powerful spindle and is more relaxing (not so agressive) I did that on the Fall package as well and it works great. Thanks for doing this, I've been trying to draw some up but it's time consuming.
I developed it myself and got it tested. Typically plywood doesn’t use foodsafe glue and fibers inside of the layers. This does not use any fibers and uses food safe glue! It took me over a year to make it food safe.
The step over was brilliant! Thanks for another great video.
Excellent ideas, Ryan!
The amount of knowledge this man gives us is amazing! I love these!!! A+
Great video. What an amazing process.. can’t wait to see them finished. Thanks for sharing
That BAMX looks so good and solid! Files are great but the material is just awesome!
Every statement a lesson to keep in mind! Thanks for your video!

Never heard of BamX but looks like a super cool material!
It's just re-named bamboo plywood. It's been on the market for 20 years.
Hi, your Christmas idea is very good, I will try it. Have a nice day.
I want to Thank you. I'm at the beginning of the cnc Journey and learn a lot. Just need to transfer it to European standart

Youre the best💥💥💥👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉
Bam-x looks really cool but I'm concerned with it being food safe. I've always been told plywood isn't food safe, how is this different?

Question. How do edge and end grain cutting boards stay together? Glue.
one question: who is buying all this stuff?
tips are awesome as always.
Are you using v-carve or carveco as your cad/cam software? It looked like v-carve but was curious. Great video though
Vcarve as my software!
Why do you use an upcut on the top layer and down cut on the finish on the contour? Seems like the other way around would be better for tear out, etc.
