嘉義南門圓環杏仁茶.口味偏甜.愛吃甜食很適合.
第一個我媽說我阿嬤還會在上面加肉燥
我南部人，從沒看過。
第一攤在嘉義民國路轉延平街進去就看到了😊
傳統貼燒餅做法👍
我不知道是不是台灣傳統，但是做法真的很傳統，尤其是那個蛋餅，麵糊加上一堆油去煎，酥脆又香! 已經很少這種做法了。
第一攤 已經很少見了(幾乎沒了),算是我阿公時代才有的路邊早餐,現在還找的到這種真的很厲害...
Lived in Taiwan for almost 4.5 years and absolutely love the people and the food. Oh, and riding scooters!!!! Wao Ay Taiwan!!!! :)

By the way, at 8:10 of the video, 煎餃 can be called as potstickers. Gyoza is Japanese, and its fillings is slightly different from potstickers.

大家在享受這些已生根於台灣的中國北方綜合式早餐的同時，別忘了感謝真正的背後恩人：1950年代美國政府的美金美援&援助麵粉黃豆牛肉！不然當時的台灣，是1945年剛脫離日治時期留下的稻米為主糧倉！黃豆麵粉僅少量生產，台灣人當時又普遍不吃牛肉、牛也是耕種居多的黃牛水牛！哪來那樣多的麵粉黃豆牛肉，可以多到拿來開店賣麵粉做的燒餅油條小籠包、黃豆做的豆漿豆干素食、牛肉跟麵粉做的牛肉麵牛肉餅！？而且這些原本要給台灣全民的美援，國民黨竟然只優先援助外省眷村，讓眷村族群多到可以拿來賣錢跟取笑台灣人沒得吃！吃飽吃滿身體壯壯的外省眷村混混，如韓國瑜跟竹聯幫四海幫這類的，當然可以輕鬆打贏沒得吃、還得去幫忙務農打工的台灣本省人！各種公家跟學校考試也是外來的外省人有加分到30%，台灣本土人士反而沒有！所以本土台灣人生產的稻米，反而自己吃不起，因為全被國民黨高官拿去中國賣了！別忘了還有逼出228事件民怨的4萬換一元政策！一堆在日治時期有房住有皮鞋穿天天吃白米的農民，到了國民黨來台，淪落到赤腳吃番薯籤飯(我父母雙方家族就是如此的日治前後差異：我務農的阿公外公日治時期天天有白米飯吃、有皮鞋穿、有錢有閒逛台南林百貨、有錢買唱片跟攝影！結果國民黨一來，我爸媽這輩淪落到赤腳上學、沒米飯可吃！我爸還常去抓野兔跟田鼠來充飢！我父母跟我都是台南市南區世居數百年的，立委林俊憲是家族堂哥。) 先不論影響台灣各界至今的外省特權！大家先別忘了感恩比國民黨功勞更大的美國+當時持續巡弋台灣海峽的美國海軍第七艦隊啊！所以這些早餐店後面，曾經是好幾段族群不平等歧視、跟被國民黨營媒體故意消音的大恩人：美國、還有割稻尾搶功勞的國民黨兩蔣等大家所不知道的歷史！別跟我提國民黨黃金呵！蔣介石指派負責管國民黨黃金的機要秘書：周宏濤，都跟老蔣報告說，1949來台隔年的1950年，國民黨黃金就已用完了！後來撐起台灣的黃金，是美援美元！美國真的是台灣老爸啊！各位在喝豆漿吃蛋餅時，別忘了真正要感恩當年的美國啊！

It’s not parsnip cake, it’s made from daikon.
其實這個應該叫中式早餐，畢竟臺灣不產小麥，只要是麵食類的都是早期移民從大陸帶來的，至少原住民傳統是沒有這種早餐的
似乎吃得蠻習慣的，只差不會講中文。
