- It was quite a long time I had been for a long ride. Also it was quite a time I had been home. I wanted to go home as well as go for a long ride. So I decided to Ride to Mangalore.
Since many routes had been covered to reach Mangalore, I thought I will take The Talakavery Reserve forest route via Madikeri. I got in touch with TheDukeMan & VinayWasHere. Fortunately even they had decided to go Sullia (100 Kms before Mangalore) via same Route. They suggested the Virajpete-Bhagamandala-Talakaveri-Panathur route. Since we both were travelling on same day, I decided to tag along.
We took the ride as calmly as possible & enjoy the route throughout. We decided to visit few places like Chomakunda, Chelavara falls on the way.

I love such green nature!! But I fear if I get drenched like that for such long time, sure I won't get up for 5 days. Can't love more Mangalore!!
Vinay go out.. get drenched often😅 first you wont be able tobget up for 5 days.. get drenched again.. then you can’t get up for 4 days.. get drenched again and again until rest day comes to 1 or zero😅
I traveled in this road 2 years ago when it was not raining. Although the scenery was good road was not good. We enjoyed the ride nevertheless. Beautiful place. Pristine forests. I would suggest you to ride towards kasargod/Kumble/Maheshwar then go on to Mangalore since the sullia Mangalore stretch is too common. Cheers. Thanks for the video. Felt nostalgic, gives me motivation to ride more. Best editing in Motovlogging I've seen in Indians. You are a hidden gem among the Motovlogging channels in India.

Nice place. Mostly Untouched by frequent riders or vehicles. But if ppl keep on posting their videos on social media then the authorities might keep a close watch and restrict the movements. Taking pics and stopping in middle of jungle. Not a good idea.
George Serban yes its a nice place indeed... And yeah.. i understand your concern.. of course there is Advantages & disadvantages in everything.. Social media or Media.. at the same time people can know about places & get awarness through social media as well.. being responsible along with enjoyment is important.. this place wasn’t that deserted.. there is no restriction as not to stop the vehicles. If it was there .. i would have surely abide the rules.. and i usually mention it if there is such rules & restrictions.. But yeah.. Everyone gotta be responsible & be careful.. 😇

Hey in which month was this ride? July or August? Do you know if the waterfalls chikamagalur, shivamogga, etc will be open for public in July? Last year i went to agumbe in august and most of the falls were closed.

Riding through the nature is awesome. How is the road condition from Bhagamandala to Panathur for 4wheeler. Is it safe to drive in this route with family (2 kids, 2 adults) ?

CoolRamGM hey man.. I am using cramster riding gear.. it’s kinda outdated one.. there are better ones like Rynox , aspida jackets.. After this ride i changed my gloves as well to Rynox Tornado Pro 3, helmet i am using is SOL .. 😇

1. one gopro which will be attached to the helmet all the time and while im riding, i will be making videos from that
2. second gopro so that whenever i reach some destination while riding, i can make videos with that one
or only one gopro is sufficient for both the tasks (only little bit of extra mounting unmounting i have to do each time).
Can u plz suggest which option i shud choose (specially when im a beginner).
DEEPAM GAUTAM if there are 2 Gopro’s then its of your advantage.. you can capture videos in different angles... where as in my case.. i have only 1 gopro.. i use it wit different mounts and in different angles... 😇
