Is everything solid on the YW1000 or are the back and sides laminated?

Hi for the YW1000 the back and sides laminated Brazilian Rosewood. There are many reasons why they are Laminated and not Solid it not all about cost etc Laminated are much stronger then solid so can be used to travel with and also very good in country that is very hot humid in summer and very cold dry in winter like Japan etc . @@japanwatchhunter5905 Hi! It's a K.Yairy from 1979 or 1978, the last number is a little bit faded.... ModelNr. YW200, Serial Nr. 13888, 54.3.27 Kanu, Gifu, Japan.
A D41 copy. Back and sides seem to be laminated BRZ. Top Sitka Spruce.
I bought it in Germany in 1980/81. Not quite sure. Price in that time about 1000,- Deutschmarks (means about 500,- EUROS).
Would be very pleased to hear more about this great instrument. Why can't I find it anywhere??

I have a 800G and it's awesome. It sounds like your using a hard pick on these guitars. Maybe you should use a lighter one. I use a nylon 73 and it really sounds great.

Hi! The glove is worn to reduce marks on the guitar and save time cleaning.
