how do you change the wbs numbering to behave in a more industry standard manner? the number system should be 1 1.1, 1.2, 1.3… etc. Is it possible to change that? Also the root is 0 not 1, I dont think you are using it properly here
Hi Marc, thank you for these videos they are really useful. As someone just getting started with PM and PM software this is a fantastic resource. If I could make a suggestion for your youtube channel, it's to put these videos into a playlist so that they can be watched in the intended order.
Hi, thanks for the tutorial! Is there a way to change the layout of the WBS to sideways? I have quite a lot of parallel tasks, and the WBS is now exceptionally wide.
Hi Marc, What is the difference between the two styles of boxes in the WBS? The third row of items are in a square box, but the top ones have a diagonal slant.. I'm confused..
Hi Erin, what a great question.... Here are the differences. * Parallelogram with the slanted sides represent Summary Tasks * Box with two angled lines on each side represent a Milestone task (0 duration) * Rectangle represents tasks (note the Red indicates a Critical task and Blue a non-critical task) Once again, great question and I should have included in the video so apprecaite your noticing!
Hi Hayoung, wow you surprised me because when we tested ....you are correct. We don't have a developer to put on this but in the past I believe as you did a "Zoom Out" it would add more fields and that included percent complete. I just tried and it just makes the box larger not adding the fields.... Thank you for the note!
When you enter resources rate and then assign the resource to a task it creates a cost. When you baseline it creates the budget. Example: Marc is $100/hour on a 1 day task (8hr). The task cost is $800 and if I baseline the cost is $800. If the task takes 16 hours then the cost is $1,600 but the baseline budget is still $800.

Great suggestion Darren, we will do that and thank you for the comments! We will continue adding the videos.
How do you enlarge the GUI???
Hi Marc, in Danish language you need these Letters - æ ø å. Great job though, love it.

Thank you for your video. Is there anyway that I can put completion percentage in WBS?

where did the budget come from?
