That has as much to do with the bike as it does this particular shock. That staircase isn't very steep, and that's a high pivot DH bike with 220mm travel. 'Like shooting fish in a barrel' as they say.
It would look even smoother on a good coil shock. Coil shocks are objectively smoother than air shocks because an air shock is always going to have more friction than a coil. Air shocks are only really better from a weight standpoint, and for certain frames that are too linear and bottom out easily like Stumpjumpers.
@@steven.9263 Its more so that the shock is just tuned ultra soft, something that you would never ride. You can hear the seat buzz when he bottoms out.
Love the fact that a small company is making super high quality components like this and I understand the missing economy of scale effect but this puts it firmly out of my price range
Impressed? More like confused XD. It wouldn't be the first time a friend of mine would suggest i'm fornicaring the bike while doing some shock adjustments LOL

Why is the large shock body unsprung? It would make more sense if it was flipped to reduce the unsprung mass but then fitment may become an issue. Interesting...
Until your action cam holder met its demise @ 6:22 . Seemed rather anti-climatic after surviving well so far, but nice high speed tumble for the final curtain. Really delicious set-up! With a Pinion Gearbox and belt drive like in the new Zerode, it would qualify for the finals in my bike nerd dreams...
Not sure if the stairs was a good thing to video for the shock performance, the amount of packing further and further into the stroke from stairs was a bit concerning. He was almost bottomed out.
What in the actual hell is the point of this video? I skipped over it on the front page about 30 times because nothing in the title or thumb called any attention to it, finally click on it, seems to be some sort of shock. Ya know that's cool, but you missed your mark on vid style. I don't know what it does, and now I don't care. If you are going to present a product, then present it. Look at your view to comment ratio, this didn't work.

that ride down the stairs at 5:20... looks so damn smooth it make me throw money at my screen

@@NikolaiVozzaThis, even the rebound is set to very slow and you can see the shock packing up. Also that small drop to bank made it bottom out lol.

it just a cylinder filled with air...
Die "Passanten" sind auf jeden Fall das Highlight! Sehr gut gemachte Produktvorstellung.

Fantastic quality and product, at 3:44 you need to pull that gear cable ahaha
I don't have an opinion on rear suspension but that fork looks 🔥❤
That looks wicked
I'll gladly test one of these in QT
Next level advertising !
At 5:07 it looks like it is packing down on the stair set and the bike is getting deeper and deeper into the travel with repeated hits.
Yep, this is marketing material, shock was tuned to be as soft and supple as possible, which is far cry from what you'll or anybody else will ride.
They are small and limited on resources, I guess they did it in one day no time for many tries.

Nice!

did u just hit the frame when u bottomed out with the fork at 5:35?

Kann das sein, dass ich das Rad am Wochenende in Maribor gesehen hab?
Is it possible to upgrade the hover gamechanger to the newest internals?
Yes, it is possible. Just write us.
That rear shock looks so responsive but looks also so low PSI.
The discs on your dual acting high flow piston look damaged at 2:22
Super
looks like its set up very soft for the video
