To those who think he did not use the original ingredient that is nothing wrong with it, as long it taste great. Many Thai chefs also uses ketch up, chilli sauce into to sauce too. Maybe you people commenting here don't even know how to cook or don't even know how to use the wok, just because this guy look westerner doesn't mean he is shit, I'm sure he is more talented and very skilful. So get on with your own life before criticising others life ! Peace

Can you please share recipe of Pad thai? Also I soaked the rice stick noodles for like 20 min in warm water yet they were chewy and not cooked. what to do?

@@sidraimteyaz1527 It needs to stay in the water longer with higher temperature. (Just make sure the water isn't at boiling hot point, just below that is ok. And soak it for at least not 20min, but 30min, then rinse again with cold water. When you wok the noodles, make sure to use also an egg first with some sunflower oil to wok these noodles up.

I am a Thai chef myself and I love how you prepared the sauce and noodles in portions, I do the same, this is the advance technic of preparation. But I have to say that the texture of your noodles seems too watery to me. The original texture of pad Thai noodle it's exactly the same texture with the Malaysian char Kawy teow noodle. In fact the Char Kway Teow and pad Thai both comes from same idea from history of stir fry noodles, but using different type of rice noodle, and slightly different tastes. But I love the way you cook, I can see myself in you put it that way 😉

Where did you get this video from. Amazing. They don't generally give their recipes away. Hilarious. Even though the amounts aren't provided for the sauce I can figure it out by taste on two portion level. Nice job. You should work for the CIA.

Cook that pathai for 3 years and you telling it comes with sesame oil at the end ? Why no chef ever told me this ? I know 85% of the food comes with sesame oil ! But I remember them telling me it don't come on the Singapore nuddles and pathai
