If you’re concerned about mounting there are special anchors designed for brick and mortar that you can install. Definitely be careful with state of the surface you are drilling into to avoid damage. Hiding the wiring will be more complicated. You could likely drill a hole all the way through the brick if want to work to seal it, but I would not necessarily recommend that without a professional.
I wouldn’t trust a $107 price per pair with a 400 W power and a company that can’t find a way to minimize the letters on the box so they can write properly waterproof. But I’m coming from Romania, I’m way too poor to even consider buying cheap stuff.
