It would not have taken much more to push her to a more realistic version, her head is not in the downward left facing gaze like in the photo, she is strait and looking to the left. Tilt that and get those eyes in the corner and she would come much more to life. Other than that, some tweaks to the chin, lower lip and more softening up her jaw structure and you would have almost nailed it. I know these are an hour but its still great work!
