How to remove/replace rear bumper Mercedes E Class

Today I will show you how to remove/replace the rear bumper for this Mercedes E Class step by step.
All you need is a toolbox to open all the screws, a sponge to don't scratch the bumper and a flat screwdriver or a trim removing tool to remove all the fasteners.

I have a 2012 e class coupe. Instead of tabs holding the bumper on the sides there are bolts! I have managed to remove the first three on both sides. I think I can remove the fourth but I am hesitant because I have no idea if I'll be able to get it back in. Any ideas?

Hey SNS, could you please help me with my C207/W207 Eclass coupe? the rear bumper is slightly different and i'm trying to replace the bottom chrome finish piece (across the bottom) but i can't seem to remove the current chrome piece and was wondering whether i need to remove the entire bumper to get to it.

The chrome parts are hard to remove from outside unless you break them, what you have to do is to remove the bumper and remove every clip from inside to remove the chrome, this is the safest way to don't break the part's

@@SnsTuningGarage I thought the same, I'll have to remove the bumper. And does the same apply for the front grill as well? Or can that be done without removing the grill too?

Astia le fac din ce in ce mai ieftine. Aripile interioare de la rotile de spate sunt acoperite cu mocheta la W212-ul meu din 2015. Tre' sa stea aia de la spalatorie o vesnicie ca sa curete balega/noroiul/etc de pe ele si tot nu se curata perfect. La modelul anterior pe care l-am avut (w211 - 2009) erau de plastic. La ce s-au gandit numai ei stiu.

Nu rugineau masinile,mocheta tine umezeala bine

@@SnsTuningGarage multe alte chestii sunt mai bine puse la punct la modelele anterioare. La ăsta mai nou nici n-am de ce trage masina cu mâna, cu capotă deschisa ca s-o misc mai in fata/spate fiindcă e toata din plastic. Taie la costuri la orice se poate ăștia de la Mercedes. Si el mai deranjant lucru e felul cu e vopsită. Zici ca e plânsă vopseaua. Si am vazut acelasi lucru la absolut toate masinile mai noi, indiferent cand de scumpe sunt. Cică sunt vopsite de roboti si de aia iese asa produsul final dar in fine. Sunt Golf-uri din 2000 cu vopsea impecabila de-ti cade fața. Astea noi, adio calitate.
In orice caz, super video. Am dat subscribe.
Inca ceva, stii cum se scot sigurantele alea de sârmă de furtunele de la intercooler? Am incercst pe partea stângă (cum te uiti din față) si n-am reusit nimic.

Rolul acelui material al carenajului ("mocheta") este de a reduce sunetele de rulare. Daca ai un plastic tare acolo, vibratiile vor fi transmise mult mai bine catre habitaclul masinii. Toate cele bune.

Im sorry, but this is so unprofessional. You throw your bumper like its a fucking toy. I know its damaged, but you did the same thing with front bumper. And front bumper on another vid wasnt broken. And if you do job like this, your sensor cables can get damaged
