These people are called therians and it’s a belief and identity. There are multiple types of shifts such as mental and phantom shifts. For example, a phantom shift is when a therian starts to see their theriotypes limbs on themselfs and feels more like their animal selfs. We can’t control when shifts come and go but nature and animal sounds can cause them a lot of the time. Therians wear tails, ears and masks ect to feel more connected to their theriotypes. We can not control whether we are a therian or not as it’s something we are born as. And not all therians do quadrobics and or vocals. Some don’t even wear gear (tails,masks ect). Also I’m pretty sure that the shift that the girl had in the video is fake as it takes a lot longer than a couple seconds to shift on command, she also looked at the camera straight away which is weird

I don't usually comment on videos, but there was a point where I found myself in a friendgroup with these types of people. I'm no longer friends with them but I thought I'd share some stuff I had to learn. This is called 'therianthropy ' I believe, and it's pretty much where the person believes they used to be an animal in their past life and has found a connection to that animal in their current life. Therians can have multiple theriotypes but the main ones I've seen are wolves, foxes and any type of cat. Therians are different from curries and are aware that they aren't animals, but believe they were one and can connect to that on a spiritual/mental level. Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this, this is pretty much what I learnt
