as a T2D, Pasta....even bean pasta are too high in carbohydrates to consume. The best pasta for diabetics is one made from Lupini Beans. Lupin flour yields 4 carbs per cup..... though egg is needed as a binder.
this is amazing, i love red lentil pasta because it is grain free, the only shape i can find is fusilli but i wish there was spaghetti shape in the stores, this is a great video :D

Your video has really opened a window for me! Thank you! For the New Year I am investing in an Omega Juicer which comes with a few attachments; one of which is a pasta attachment; now you have given me a purpose for that! There is also a breadstick attachment, which also doesn’t have a purpose… yet! Is there anything more you can do with those legumes to help me out with this?! I'd once tried a pasta that was made from edamame, and not only was it high-protein, but it was pretty indistinguishable from regular wheat pasta I'm used to (though that likely says more about my pasta boiling than it does the pasta itself haha) - the biggest issue was it costing 5-6x the price/kg, so will have to try and make some from scratch!

That’s super common, no worries 😉 I suggest you bring the water to a boil, and when you drop the pasta in, you simmer for 2/3 minutes. Then you strain and finish off the heat
Unfortunately I had problems with audio in recording and tried to equalise in post production! 😢 Anyway maybe if you lower the volume of the device it gets better as the video is optimised to have the volume not at the maximum and equally the brightness; you can see better if not at max level in both the phone and on the pc 👌🏼✨

I do a lot of audio for TH-cam productions. quick tip: convert your mic audio into a mono track. you can do that by editing it in an audio app like audacity or adobe audition. then re-import it into your video editing suite. the reason your voice is difficult to be heard in this video is that it sits on the left side of the stereo panorama. dialog is supposed to be mono and centered. I hope that helps! great videos otherwise 🎉

Carbs have nothing to do with gluten. These pastas still have high carbs

If you are using headphones, remove the right side and just listen to to felt side. If you are on the computer, simple mute your right side.
