Hubby just surprised me this past Friday in this store by purchasing this very fine piece of machinery! I’m eagerly awaiting to start my sewing journey. He may get many accessories for his new Jeep😊!
Btw.. he said, “ Why didn’t you tell us you had a YT channel?”
See you this week to pick it up.

Hello - thanks for the video! I'm looking to purchase this machine, mostly for stiching over several layers of heavy duty material that shifts in height, similar to the video. Did you adjust the foot pressure at all to do this?

Are you able to add a stitch regulator to this machine?

Thanks for this great video! Do you recommend the Elnita or the 6650? Or are they truly identical in all ways? Not sure why they’re being sold this way if they’re identical with just a different name. Thanks

Thank you for the compliment! And yes they are exactly the same minus the color, which in my opinion i think the sea foam color on the ef72 just looks better. Janome and elna have several models they do this with for whatever reason, sometimes price is even different. I have a lot of experience with the ef72 so id have to say id go with the elna just cause i can vouch for it 100%. Plus if you click the link in the description i can ship one to your door!! 😉

How about the 6700p? This one is great but I’m interested in dual feed

I have a Janome S9 but for just sewing do you think the 6650 is able to handle tougher jobs than the S9?

What are the differences between the EF72 and 720 Pro? Can you use Acufeed with the EF72?

I dont have experience with the 720 to be honest but i believe its faster has a couple more features and comes with several more accessories. The best step up from the ef72 in my opinion is the Janome 6700P. Is has all the same features plus the added accessories the 720 has but it has Janome’s AcuFeed tech.

Gorgeous machine, and I was excited about it, right up until I realized it doesn't have a free arm! Now I'm bummed.

In more than 40 years of designing and making garments, I've never used a free arm. It's all in how you position the piece on the machine. A free arm is just a selling gimmick. Factory machines don't have free arms and they are designed to sew garments non-stop.
