Set up a Samsung Galaxy S24 series phone | Samsung US

To get started, turn on your S24, tap Start when you come to the Welcome screen, and then agree to the terms and conditions. If you’re changing over from another device and want to transfer the settings, apps, and phone content from your old device, Smart Switch will transfer everything you need! Simply follow the prompts.
Next, sign into your Wi-Fi network. Sign into your Google account, and accept Google’s terms and conditions. Be aware that some of the device features require you to be signed into a Google and/or Samsung account in order to work properly. Next, choose a preferred security method, and then sign into your Samsung account. Review accept the terms and conditions and the Samsung service permissions. You’re almost done, now. Just select a light or dark display, and then tap finish!
To use the AI features on your new S24 series phone, you’ll need to enable them in the Settings menu. Under Advanced Features, tap Advanced Intelligence, and then tap each feature to review them and turn them on. Just tap the home button when you’re finished to go back to your main screen.

Note: At some point during set up, you will also be prompted to set up your mobile network connection, which you can do if you have a SIM card inserted or an eSIM. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete your carrier connection so that you can make and receive calls and text messages.
