My watch was purchased 2 years ago from amzwatch and, to this day, it still looks and runs as well as it did the day it arrived. That movement has never missed a beat despite never having been serviced. I can't complain about that.
Swedish mondo duplantis won gold and took the world record (6.25m) in pole vaulting wearing a omega AT ultra light… crazy piece of history. Silver medal at 5.95m
Spotted that too. Omega is Savvy at pairing their watches with athletes. Want to go high in life, you need the AT ultra light. Want to go fast, you need the speedmaster DSOTM..
Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the amzwatch, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
I have seen Tomas Machac winning gold in mixed doubles, wearing an orange Chronoswiss Helium. The Australian Gold Medalist in mens doubles was wearing a Norqain.
My favorite watch on an Olympian was mountain bike gold medalist Pauline Ferrand-Prevost’s AP Royal Oak. Sporty, but perfectly sized for a slim cyclists wrist.

Hi Andrew. The world needs merch with your fantastic phrases that you print/make on demand (with longer shipping time - everyone could live with that), not the one's with your monogram.
@@damianelle1705 I've got a double-barrelled surname, and best I have is a Speedmaster (actually, I have a Bel Canto coming next year on preorder...far from being a model though) :)
Shouldn’t you do a story on the timer/camera that can dissect the time difference of two sprinters by 0.004 of a second. I’m pretty sceptical on this one.
I think that we are starting to see why Omega hasn’t done much advertising or R&D in the last two years, they were saving their chips for the olympics. No better advertising than that 100m final photo finish, let’s see if all this actually translates to £££ at the end of the year.
Hey Andrew, please consider showing your list of patreons at the end of the video like most others do. When the list comes during the middle of the video, it signals to me that the video is coming to an end. Maybe it's just me.
wearing that watch, might have nearly cost him the gold. Since he won by 0.005s. The extra weight of a watch on the wrist could certainly have costed him 0.01s.
Armand “Mondo” Duplantis just broke his own world record in pole vault, making it his 9th WR. I think his special edition Omega Aqua Terra deserves a mention.
I thought she wore a Ulysses Nardin? It’d be good to have a video showing the less well known watches worn by all Olympians, not just the gold medalists
The combination of the Olympics and luxury watches seems rather bizarre to me. I can understand Omega, Seiko, or Swatch providing timing equipment and using the opportunity to promote their brands and high tech timing companies. However, sponsoring athletes to wear luxury watches feels a bit strange. I typically associate sports with brands like Garmin or Whoop. If an athlete chooses to wear a flashy Hublot or Richard Mille outside of competition, that's their personal choice, and I get that. But sponsoring an athlete to wear a luxury watch during events? That doesn’t quite make sense to me. Brands like Garmin, Whoop, or even Apple seem much more relevant, as they have a direct connection to athletic performance. I like Noah Lyles, and I like Omega. But Noah Lyles wearing an Omega is completely inconsequential to me and it even looks like a silly gimmick when he rocks up to competition wearing one.
I love the RMs the sports folk get, they fit so well, but when someone has paid for one they look huge and often ridiculous. No idea why. Like F1 drivers aint big
Amazing how much some athlete's earn today. I once had the pleasure of running in the same race as the great distance runner Dr. Ron Hill. Like those of us wearing a watch he was sporting a Casio. I'd lay odds he bought it himself. As for the race I managed just under the hour for ten miles, and I was able to see Ron's a**e for about five minutes before he disappeared into the distance.
I feel sorry for Bolt he should have stayed on the Omega path! Hublot poor guy but i wonder how mutch Hublot payed for the colab? Maby thats why they use cheap movments all money went to pay Bolt and the other athletes and celebrities that they have on the payroll 😂😂😂
Omega does not make the most of its huge Olympic efforts. Instead they concentrate on Moon and Bond BS. Brand ambassadors wearing free 💩 is even weaker though lol 😉
If I'm in a speed contest measured by thousandth of a second between Gold and no medal, I would not wear jewelry and watches during the event. He could have had his people give him the accoutraments after he crossed the line.

The Omega tantalum is absolutely stunning. It is different from the usual watches you see out there.
It's the most industrial watch you can imagine with gold as a primary metal. There's almost no polish on the watch.
