I'm struggling to decide if I watch your videos for the watches or the fact I seem to like wiping tea splatter off the wall, again, for the umpteenth time this video.
"The last one comes right at the end" hahaha love this guy, funny af. Dude has defo missed his calling, he 100% be a wrighter of comedy. Dudes got a gift.
You have outdone yourself with this one, from the "Last one comes right at the very end" Duh!. to ending with a "Smug grin". I gave up trying to remember all the JABS, PUNS, JIBES, QUIPS & INUENDOS. Well done indeed. 😂
Wow, the burns started right away with McDonald’s apple pie, which instantly revived my childhood trauma. This was one helluva but informative flamethrower episode that taxed my uncaffeinated, Saturday morning brain. I think this is one of your best, Andrew!!!
Yeah, yeah, French bashing is an anglo-saxon jealousy sport since the middle ages... People are so ignorant of history. Still funny though as the French Navy never lost a watch since Tudor time.
Once again, an excellent top 10. Loved the majority of those, but my highlight was you, Mr Wordsmith Morgan. Your quips were as sharp as Mr Sharps Sharpie Pen. You had me giggling from the get go. I hope you don’t lose your dryness, it’s what makes you stand apart from the rest. Keep doing what you do best 😂
Picked up a MaMaCoo 's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!
Hello and thanks for this vid. As a french, I just loved the way you talked about french army, about Alpine F1 team and about ... UK train network. 😂 But it was nothing regarding what you said about the Tolerano & Chan next watch ... The Velux! That was cruel! 😂
Since I already spent all my money on a very nice BWT water filter setup for my espresso machine, I probably won't have enough money left for that H. Moser watch. Oh well... lol!
😂 are you happy with the results of the water filter? I should really get something too, we have really hard water and I keep procrastinating on descaling lol
@@ajmarion Very happy with the results. I especially like how they reminalize the water to proper levels after filtration. Make sure to get the right filter for your water hardness. They have charts in their manuals or, get help from a competent sales rep. ;)
Love these episodes. As a fan, who uses these videos for reference, can you please put chapters? And name them after the watches in the chapter. Incredibly useful for us earthlings. Thank you, Andrew. Carry-on mate.
Thank you for the video. Would not know any of these existed no would have cared to buy them. I enjoyed watching the excellent production and your sense of humor
Tudor, with its new movements, offers great value when compared to Omega. Tudor also boasts an impressive power reserve. Thank you for your excellent video.
First of all, once seen, you cannot unsee a pig's nose on the pink Tudor chrono, that's just a big no(se) for me. Second, would love to hear your opinion on the Zenith Defy Extreme Diver. Cheers and thanks for the fresh perspective!
Recently tried the ORIS titanium with an in house caliber 400! What a watch! So light it feels like it was made out of aerospace plastic. Incredible 👌❤️ The power reserve is insane, with a 10 years warranty! 👍❤️ Beats a whole bunch of watches in the market!
Hey Andrew, the reason they call American Football “Football” is because there used to be a lot more kicking involved when football was first played. There was no forward passing allowed in the game. So the game involved a kick on almost every set of downs. The game was a lot more about field position, so kickers were one of the most important players on their team. Between punts and field goals, there was a kick almost every 4 plays. I have no excuse for why they call it a ball though 🤣
I'm usually an American Sports defender, but it's so dumb of the yanks to even hint at football. Especially now that they're gonna remove the surprise of the onside kick, and get rid of the kick off, and the PAT doesn't exist unless it's going for 2. They need to admit their naming error and grow up.
Best writing yet. The Wife Ordering Food line, genius. As for the mere aside, hot watches, I'd say take a look at that Asymmetrical Patek Philippe, which seems to have been based on the Hamilton Ventura/ Dune cash grab. However, instead of using cheap 'bioceramic" 3D-printed tat as inspiration, PP decided to use spare Fox's Glacier Mints, seeing as everyone just eats Haribos now.
Can you can count the number of subtle burns and insults in this edition - sarcasm lifted to the next level. For those of you that don’t really get it - try slowing the video down to half speed (quarter speed in the US please) and best keep the Oxford English dictionary nearby so you can look up those challenging words you can’t find in Google like horology.
The Tudor Pelagio cyclist watch looks good, the Kollokium watch looks excellent, and I would definitely want to wear the Xhevdet Rexhepi...4000 dollars for a watch with no second hand, no thanks...excellent episode full of fun and sarcasm...we expect nothing less...!
Hi Andrew, can you please make a video about the Credor Locomotive? Credor being one of your favorite brands, I assume you'd have a lot to say. And maybe also about the AP Brutalist remaster02? P.S. I love your word wizardry skills.
I used to think I was going to eventually get a BB58 or a Bronze 54, but then I discovered Christopher Ward. And now I think I'm good. Also, sadly, Watchfinder is just...unwatchable now. Andrew really was the heart of the channel.
Tudor and Christopher Ward are my two favorite watch brands (for different reasons) but ima be real with you and say that CW is not a replacement for a Tudor unless you highly value aesthetics over build quality. Especially in the movement department. I can’t speak for CW’s SH21, but Tudor’s in-house movements are so much nicer than the Selita movements (particularly in winding efficiency, which IMO is often overlooked when comparing movements cuz that spec is pretty much never listed). But even the accuracy, even though most Tudors are only COSC (some are METAS now), they perform SO much better than the COSC standards, in my experience. I say this as the owner of a CW Twelve Ti, which I love. But intricacies of Twelve’s case & dial aside, my Pelagos (42mm) is leaps and bounds more “quality” in feel. (I previously also had a Black Bay). During weeks when I’m mostly wearing the watch at home, I’ve had my Twelve eventually run out of juice. Similar scenario with my Pelagos and I’ve never had it run out of juice. It’s obviously even when picking up my Pelagos to look at briefly after it’s stopped running, by the time I put it down again, it’s already ticking again. I have never had the Twelve start ticking again without deliberately winding or wearing it for a “while.” After a couple of weeks of running straight, my Twelve Ti (COSC certified) might be ~20 seconds off. I’ve never had my Pelagos be more than ~5 seconds off even after a month of straight use.
I have both, got 3 CW’s and a BB58. Both are really great watches, and the CW feels about 90% as good as the BB58 (except the movement), which is great for the 75% lower price. If I could only have 1, I’d keep the Tudor, but you cant go wrong with either
Upvote if the *smug grin* should be the new logo for the channel!

The French loosing things comment has me dead
Hurrah for the internet spelling of "losing"
With double o for double losers!
@@ph8077 well that sucks.
🇫🇷😢
Your poor grammar has me “losing” it.
Billiant video Andrew. I love your sarcastic humor. Enjoyable and entertaining.
Terrific writing well-read. As always. Thx
"The ideal speed for holding up traffic" line was lovely, and much appreciated...as was the watch.
Dude your writing is awesome, I don't think you need to fall back on - TH-camr reacts thumbnails

Alpine comments so timely and topical ! Love your wit and humor and also enjoy learning so much. Thanks
I watch most of the watch reviewers and you are by far the funniest watch reviewer I watch.
Andrew’s unleashed sarcastic writing knows no bounds. I’m a fan
"The brutalist finish goes from right to left instead of left to right" 😂 Classic
Andrew, the bank robbery analogy was a stretch but at the end it worked. Another enjoyable, informative, and hilarious video. You are the best!
"since the French armed forces have a lot of experience losing things." Ouch
Yeah, yeah, French bashing is an anglo-saxon jealousy sport since the middle ages... People are so ignorant of history.
Still funny though as the French Navy never lost a watch since Tudor time.
France has a military? How many people are needed to wave a white flag?
@@MSAINT-bn4vj ha, but they did lose a prop on the maiden voyage of their nuclear powered aircraft carrier.
The French have only contributed two things to Western Civilization…red wine and bl@w jobs.
Quite brilliant, wasn't it?!😂
Completely agree with the last one... won't spoil it for others. But had the same view the day of release!
upvoted - for best smug grin ever seen. Greetings to you and yours, Andrew
Pro level cycle racing + operating or viewing a chronograph = a career changing moment à la "look no hands" Chris Froome
They shall buy the watch. Not use it.
that pink thing deserves an asphalt rash
Such a cool list. Thanks Andrew. You’re the best.
"20" the ideal speed for holding up traffic!!! Classic!!!!
Laughed out loud when Andrew was introducing the alpine H.Moser watch, he totally burned them to crisps 😂
I always wanted one of those colorful TAG Heuers in the 90s!!! I have a Formula 1 now, and it is a great quartz. But hmmmm. ...

I think The Amida was designed so that a racing driver did not have to take his hand from the wheel to see the time. Great video, thanks!!
bro your writing is top notch, i had to listen back a couple of times because i was too busy laughing to catch every joke, well done
I want that pink Tudor but no way in hell am I going to pay the prices that they're wanting for them just because of it being pink
Nice innit!?.. but yeah..no way.
As a cyclist I laughed as your barbs were pretty spot on!
It's amazing how you find these watches. Unfortunately the kollokium is already sold out by now.
